We called and asked about if they took PS4s and what chords were needed to turn one in, and they stated all of them.
We went to the store and they stated they were not accepting PS4s for turn in. We told them we spoke with someone who told us what we needed to turn one in and we asked if they took PS4s. They asked “when did you call?” I stated “30 minutes ago?”
The staff member stood and asked both other staff members in front of us “Who said that we’d take a PS4?” To which one gentleman said he didn’t speak with us, and the other staff member said they just said they needed all chords for a console and said we never specified. They lied and called us liars in the process.
We were also going to trade in a Nintendo 2DS, and were told it was store credit only for these. We were then quoted $50 by the gentleman, and the other staff member said “That isn’t true. That is more than what we offered other people.” He stated he just offers what the system allows, implying the other staff member makes figures up for trade ins. He also asked if we wanted store credit for it, to which I replied “well that’s our only option I thought?”

UPDATE: The original review was 6 years ago and I've returned to Watertown recently to visit family and found their new location. I will say I love the new location so much better than the last. They're adding so much potential to the square and that's great to see. They're a very small mini arcade up front and lots of cool stuff to explore. It's also much cleaner and more organized than the previous location.
My main issue was the staffs attitudes towards customers. It felt more like I was a stranger walking into a claimed biker bar than it did a nerd entering a gamer lair. The staff carried loud conversations amongst themselves and one visiting customer who seemed to be a regular and never once approached or offered help. I did notice them constantly watching me which made me feel a bit unwelcomed. I don't know that they did this with the intent of coming off rude but that was how it was perceived. Social skills...
   Read moreBrought my PS3 here to get a hard drive installed and got a call two days later telling me the ps3 isn’t receiving power which is weird since I had turned it on 5 minutes before leaving my house to bring it there but they have no idea what happened to it they just keep saying “I DONT KNOW” and now that I have it home and have had the chance to look at it I found that it has a crack in the front left side that was not there before so of course I called and asked if they know how this happened and I got told that they keep it on the floor and that they have no idea how it happened or in their words “I don’t know” because apparently that’s all they know how to say is they don’t know!
