I cannot speak highly enough about Sweet Hello Bridal & Formal Co.! I am a plus-sized bride, and I only had three months to spare before the wedding. I had very little faith that I would find a wedding dress, and I feared that trying on gorgeous dresses that didn't fit would make me feel absolutely defeated. After seeing an awesome shop review, I decided to send a message to the shop on Facebook stating my concerns about my size- I didnt want to waste anyone's time if they knew that I wouldn't fit into any dresses. The shop made me feel much more confident that I might be able to find a dress, as they carry up to size 30(!!!) so I sent a text to schedule an appointment. In my text, I reiterated that I was concerned about my size and the short timeline to find a dress. I also explained what I was looking for in a dress, hoping that help to steer the appointment. About a week before my appointment, I received a text from Katie asking me for my hip measurement, because they were bringing a dress into the store for me to try that meets ALL of my preferences! I was shocked and excited to try on this dress, but remained cautious, because it seemed too good to be true. When I went to the shop, I was greeted by Katie, and I immediately knew we were going to have a fun appointment! I decided to go to the appointment alone, because I truly was nervous that I would look like a busted can of biscuits in the dresses, and I didn't want my family or friends to witness me at a low point like that. Well, I quickly realized that I wasn't alone at all-- Katie took over the role of being my step-in BFF for the day 😂 To my surprise, every dress I tried on zipped (a relief for a self-conscious plus-sized girl!) and Katie hyped me up every step of the way! She made the experience SO much fun, and I ended up falling in LOVE with the dress she pulled specifically for me based on the dress preferences I sent her in my text before the appointment. It is absolutely perfect-- like to the point that I tried it on and the song "At Last" by Etta James came on. Literally can't make that up 😂 Katie gave me a ton of little tips and tricks for the dress, sent me a full list of tried and trusted seamstress, and also sent a very detailed text of what to say to the seamstress to get the dress snatched for my wedding day. She even walked my dress out to my car for me!!! Princess treatment FOR SURE! It was a magical experience from top to bottom, and I will forever be grateful for Katie and Sweet Hello Bridal...

Sweet Hello Bridal will forever hold a special place in my heart. I first found out about this bridal salon when I saw an add for their bridal gown sale in 2020. I was newly engaged and wanted to see if I could find my perfect gown. To be honest, I went in with the mindset that things may not work out and that's perfectly fine. From the moment I stepped inside, Katie changed my life. I truly have never met someone so sweet, caring, genuine, helpful, and passionate for what they do. She took extremely good care of me and made me feel like a million dollars. She consistently complemented me and made me feel like I was beautiful, which is something I don't always feel. She took the time to get to know me, asked questions about me and my husband, and wanted to know all the details of our love story. I could tell she wasn't just trying to make a sale. She wanted to get to know me.

I did find my forever dress and Katie made sure my reveal to my family and friends was so special.

It doesn't stop there. Months later, I was trying to find a venue for my bridal shower. Katie reached out to me with an amazing idea and collaboration idea. Sweet Hello Bridal HOSTED MY SHOWER!!! Can you say incredible? How amazing is it to have your bridal shower at a bridal salon? Katie and her team went ALL out to make sure that day was incredible. They accommodated me more than I could have imagined and honestly, having Katie with me at my shower was perfect.

I feel like I have known Katie for years because of how personable and caring she is. Her shop has the best employees and they genuinely care. They make you feel important and never push you. Wedding planning was never stressful when working with Sweet Hello. Even during those fittings, it was smooth sailing. I didn't feel super confident in my first fitting but Katie was there to help me feel better and gave me the confidence things will be okay! My wedding day was the most perfect day and when we returned our rentals, she spent time asking us about our day. Again, Katie and Sweet Hello is like non other. They take the time ans care for their customers. We aren't just people buying gowns and suits, it's like we become part of their family.

I would recommend Sweet Hello over and over again. Their prices are great and they are always bringing in the best styles.

literally the best bridal store ever. i went to a few other places from watertown to syracuse and was very close to canceling my upcoming appointment at SHB out of nervousness. i’m so glad i didn’t. i couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and warm environment to shop in. katie was so friendly and sweet and i chatted with madeline a few times over the phone also and she was the bees knees they are so attentive, everything, i mean every detail is thoroughly thought out and accounted for to make your experience special. katie even has fans in the dressing rooms and cute signs. it’s worth noting that my fiancé and male friend weren’t left to be bored and also had fun and she made sure they were included. i’m super indecisive and tend to feel insecure about that and feel pressured but this was the most fun and joyful experience i’ve had shopping for any type of clothing. there wasn’t a distant car salesmen vibe, just genuine care and real excitement for their customers. she made me feel special and heard, as well as used her knowledge and experience to accommodate my needs and get me in the most beautiful gown i’ve ever seen. thank you katie...
