The girl that answer my call was so unprofessional. I ask for some burners for a hot ppint stove and she said I needed a model #, I didn't had it so I looked for it and call back but I had a mistake it was B and i said V. I realize that and asked her to change it please. She was talking to me like I was stupid. I'm not stupid English is my second language so I made that mistake. I gave her the number again and she said she couldn't find it. I don't think she even check.

I call the other guys in Allerton. Is the same company but better. They helped me since the time I said I needed a burner for a hotpoint stove. They told me I needed a number or bring in the old one. This guys are awesome turnes out the number was right. One simple mistake that the girl didn't wanted to help me with. And is not the fist time I have a bad experience at this place. Definitely not going back. I would drive all the way to the Bronx to get the parts for my company.
