Knowledgable people if they don't know, what, how, why, They will find the answer. It was very clean. I wish they had seats for customers that are waiting to do their business, walking someone through a new account and cellphone purchase and explaining the how's and why's of their new toy can take awhile. My advice is to be patient, they are always busy there. If your in a hurry I suggest that you don't go on the 1st,or 3rd of the month and I personally avoid Friday's and Saturday's also they are extra busy those days, but if you have to go on those day's try to be there when the doors open. You will be in and out of there a lot faster and you won't have the long wait. I always plan on at least 1/2 to 1...

Finally got to a live person and during that conversation the line went to a dial tone, I called right back, Phone tree again! After getting to a live person, I was transferred to a different person where I waited for 13 + mins, listened to some ridiculous piano music...Finally a lady came back on and sounded like she was eating or chewing gum or something, horrible customer service, very unprofessional... Of course, NO HELP, she tried to transfer me to a tech person...Ended up with another phone tree and was asked for a pin# and additional info, but NO ONE TO TALK TO! There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE!!! Retail is VERY DESPERATE...
Read moreReally don't like that there is a $3 fee to pay your bill at the store that sold you your service. It's crazy to make an extra few bucks off a customer who made almost a 1000 purchase at your store. If they would allow customers to come in and pay without charging them the $3 then the customer would be back in your store once a month and would probably make another purchase sooner or later. Instead of just putting the $3 in for gas and driving to Verizon cooperate store...
