So I attempted to get my tires rotated and balanced today at the Clanton in Walmart. While my tread did seem to be a little low there is still a decent amount of life left in my tires. The technician advised that he would not be able to rotate him by balance, my tires due to my tread being too low and in the red on his tread gage. Please note, when I arrived it was 6 o’clock and they close at 7 pm . Generally I would not come this close to their closing but I did today due to a last minute trip for work out of town, my tires are not that old and yes they have needed to be rotated and balanced obviously that’s why I was there but once I was leaving, I saw the technician outside and asked him to show me where it was in the red witch at that point would make my tires untouchable by Walmarts policy per the technician. When the technician went outside to my car to show me, the tread was “too low”(in the red) he could not find a spot on my tire to prove that which means they simply did not want to work past their closing time . The technician advised if I had a problem, I could come back and talk to management tomorrow, but now his story changed and said that if the tread shows in the yellow of their gauge that it was untouchable when in the store, he stated if it was in the red, he could not touch it, but changed his story when he could not provide me a spot on my tire to show that it was in the red on his gage. When I called him out about simply not wanting to do it because it was past their closing time now at this point after I had waited for an hour for them to start my car. He simply said “yes it is too low and I showed it to you” I said “no sorry you did not. I asked you to show me a spot on my tire that was red on your gauge and you have not been able to show me that so therefore I want my tires rotated and balanced” and he simply said “I’m not touching it. If you want to talk to management you can come back tomorrow.” I let him know that I would not be back tomorrow because I’d actually prefer not to have my vehicle serviced by someone that was lazy and would lied simply to get off of work when I saw it with my own eyes. I highly highly advise people to go elsewhere, anywhere else other than a Clanton in Walmart for any of your car servicing . This was awful service. It’s a shame nobody wants to...
Read moreI waited over :30 after my car was ready before someone was available to check me out. Most of that time was due to the employee being at lunch with no one covering the register. I asked two other employees about getting my car and was told that someone would be back at the register soon. When she returned (carrying her car keys and her drink from lunch) she ignored the people waiting to pay and went out to check in additional customers. Meanwhile my produce and frozen items are ruining. I eventually had to go outside and tell her to come back to the register. I’ve never had a satisfactory experience with Walmart tire center but this is the worst, and the last. I won’t buy tires or get oil changed at...

Disappointed because there was three people who were standing making my app, one being a manager of some sorta with a tag saying “front end coach” , a guy training I believe, and...
