Claremont Marketplace — Local services in Claremont

It's extremely crowded in the parking lot today. It was kind of strange because there's no big storm coming. People were just out shopping.

Generally they had lower prices in 2022 and before then and now they're competing with the rest of the pricey grocery chains at the same price.

I think it's ridiculous to have the egg prices they have that's just one item . Might as well adopt a chicken at a local farmers

I only get minimally items here. After this I went to the Dollar Tree and that was packed with people stocking up on items that they otherwise couldn't afford including things like kielbasa! For $1.25!

It's getting to be impossible to be able to afford anything. I think they'll see a huge reduction in people from Vermont. Senior citizens have had their food stamps reduced by $624!/year. With gas prices up to 350 for next door to Market Basket who can afford...

My experience at Claremont Market Place was great at this particular place that I went to which was Market Basket, my husband and I do our grocery shopping 🛒🛍️ there, we find that during these crazy times with our world being so screwed up right now, money being so tightly budgeted because of these insane inflation of prices on the necessities 🛍️, meaning we need food to survive. Although Market Basket seems too be decent on there prices of food, I personally wouldn't recommend buying any of the meats there, again this is my personal experience there packaging is always slimy when u go to pick it up, no matter what it is, chicken hamburger steaks, and they always seem to have previously frozen hamburger that seriously looks like it's been previously frozen like 2 times over. That's all I have really negative to say about the place, otherwise the service is awesome 😎👍 employees...

Claremont NH is a great town. Claremont is the type of town where everyone is friendly and respectful. Claremont does have big box stores but the center of town is all old fashioned type of stores. If you are looking to get away from the craziness of a big city for the weekend or even permanent then yes I suggest you pack a bag and head north to Claremont NH and if you need a place to rest your head may I suggest the Royal Inn located on the boarder of downtown Claremont....
