I went to this store 5 days in a row to get a phone she could never get it for me the 5th day I went all their lights are on open sign was on for customers were outside sitting there waiting on her nobody was in the store two people left I need a job so if you guys want to make money I am a very dependable responsible worker I've just been laid off from my job I've been a night auditor for 35 years Hotel business is very slow this time of the year they knocked me down to two days a week I cannot do that I have to work 40 I have a 13 year old son I have reliable transportation reliable babysitter I'm very dependable and 11 years I only missed 2 days at that hotel I'm not going to run the hotel down however I do not want to continue working there even when the business picks back up I don't want to be there you guys obviously need help that's obvious every time I go in there there's a different girl there if there's anybody there so if you want a good Dependable person that will stay in your office the entire time you're open I'm...

Miss beam was a very polite, very very efficient the only employee that you have been in that store that has the highest we want of anybody for customer service she is beautiful very intelligent and very helpful you need to get her a raise. No one in that Claremore store ever held a candle light to the young lady I will personally stay in contact with store just because she is the only customer service representative who has the patience as she is shown many times that I come in that store. Girl in store very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and really polite. I do have a really big problem, have had with every phone from Assist Wireless over 4 phones total. When talking on the phone I have really hard time hearing person on other end & they always have problems hearing me. Even when I have speaker on only way I can hear is holding up next to my ear. Put phone approx 1" from ear w/speaker on still have hard time hearing. In settings I make sure sound is turned all the way up and still doesn't help me or person on other end. I even have put volume booster on phone to no avail. Booster is great when listening to music though. If there is somewhere or other App I need to fix this problem I'd appreciate hearing from anyone how to remedy this sound issue I've had since the...
