Do not use this store. I had been a customer with Verizon for 10 years & I switched us to ATT b/c of lies. My husband has to have a phone for his job as a 1st responder. His phone broke rightbefore shift so we went to the Claremore store. They had a promo going saying that" we take any phone in any condition". We got there & the gentleman said we couldn't trade in my husbands phone because he couldn't access it due to the screen being messed up. We weren't too upset & went ahead with the purchase of my husband's phone &Google watch. It wasn't what he wanted but they had limited stock. A few days later, we had issues with our ATT home Internet & I was talking to the gentleman about our phone issues. He went the extra mile & had an ATT rep come to our home. The ATT rep looked at my husband's phone & said we were lied to & the promo should have been honored. I don't like being lied to so I started the process of switching over completely to ATT. We were told we had a little over 2 weeks to return the phone/devices we just bought. I kept all of the boxes/paperwork( I recommend this to anyone who buys a new phone after our nightmare). We were told we could switch over my husbands phone 1st & that Verizon would take the phone back as long as my account was still active as I was primary. We went the same day we switched my husbands phone to the Verizon store to return the watch & his phone. I explained why we were returning the phone/watch due to being lied to & the store not honoring the promotion of "any phone, any condition" plus ATT has better deals/coverage if you are a 1st responder. They took the watch but then they said they couldn't take the phone back due to the line being disconnected even though it was within the return time & had everything needed. They refused to take the phone back & said I would have to ship the phone back myself per their customer service but I had to " wait 3-5 business days " for a box & specific label tied to my account. I never received anything. I called over 10 times in Dec. trying to get a box & label to send the phone back. Was told by multiple people that they mailed it. I was lied to again. On my 10th call I got a person to email me directly a return label. I received it and sent the phone back & was told I still had time to get the phone back within the 45 days return policy. I shipped the phone back on 1/7/25 & kept my tracking label and information. Never heard from Verizon except that they still wanted to charge me over $900 for a phone I returned. I called again, one lady said they couldn't find the phone &call disconnected. I tried calling back but it's really hard to get a person on the phone when you have switched companies because Verizon just wants you to pay whatever they think you owe. I called back the next day and spoke with a gentleman who said he needed to create a manual ticket to expedite my account to find the phone that I shipped on 1/7/25, this call took place on 1/24/25. I was told by this man he would call me back in a few days with an update. I never received a call. I finally called back yesterday, 2/5/25 & spoke with Cindi who was a Godsend & she took care of my account. She saw that they had rec the phone before the 45 days & that I didn't owe Verizon over $900. She put in the request to get that credited to my account & could see all of the times that had been documented that I called " over 10 times" trying to return the phone. Cindi calls me back & says she's incredibly sorry but her supervisor denied my credit back because their system stated the phone was 2 days late being scanned in( b/c they couldn't find it). I had to threaten to go to court and sue Verizon to credit me. Thank goodness I kept my receipt proving I sent the phone back in time. Cindi was great & able to credit my account. I however will never be a Verizon customer again. I was lied to at this store in Claremore that made a complete nightmare from this purchase. Verizon doesn't care about customers. They will still try to make you pay. They admitted to that most people...

I went to Verizon they told me there isnāt a warranty which was incorrect after talking to google I was then told I can upgrade from the I phone 12 to the 14 for just 10 dollars more and I can do that without having it payed off which was also a lie it has to be payed off to do that they then told me that I cannot make payments on my phone I can only pay advance for my monthly bill which is also a lie. Im not sure thereās such thing as a good Verizon store or any cell carrier but thereās gotta be something better than this. Your store has nothing but a whole bunch of liars...
