Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Claremore

Went to this place for the first time with my sister and it was a disaster. I placed two orders of wings and requested 2 pepperoni and 2 sausage pizzas that were already made. We were told by the young lady at the register that it would be 6 minutes for the wings, as the pizzas were already made. 35 minutes later and our order was not ready. We personally saw our pizzas given away to other customers. Then, once they had enough pizzas for us, they gave them away again. This happened 4 times!!! My sister and I could not believe what was happening right in front of our eyes. The girl at the register just kept avoiding eye contact with us, I guess so she wouldn't have to acknowledge us. After 30 minutes we were ASKED if we want a free liter of soda. I said no, we just want our order. We got no apology for the wait time or for giving our pizzas away, just an offer for a free liter of soda; what a joke! Finally, after 35 minutes, we get our order. But, get this, when we get home, we had 3 sausage pizzas and 1 pepperoni!! They didn't even get the order correct. I called and spoke to the male manager and he did offer up to 3 free pizzas. He also tried to apologize. When I told him that the service was horrible, his entire demenear changed and he was not very professional. But, by then, neither was I. I called the store to ask the starting pay and they were un godly rude about it they said they could not discuss it and hung up when I had called back I asked to speak to a manager they said they was a manager I told them what happened and asked again he handed the phone off to the person that had previously hung up on me and he said he couldn’t discuss it I asked to speak to the general manager and he said he was one I then asked may I ask why you can’t discuss it he said I can’t discuss that information and was very rude about it I said how are you supposed to get employees if you can’t give a estimate he said how do you know we need employees when the other night I had came in and one female had gotten too overwhelmed and left the other female to do everything by themselves on a very busy night and he said I was wrong and that never happened and hung up on me I know this made me not want to come back here they were very rude about it and I definitely won’t tell anyone I know to work at the little ceasers in claremore while he is still the...

My wife and I placed an order with Little Ceasars here in Claremore this evening through the mobile app they provide. After hitting submit on the order, I immediately get a notification from my bank that a charge had been placed on my debit card. At this point, we were glad to know the order went through properly as this was our first order placed through the app. I leave the house, drive to Little Ceasars to pick up our pizza and 2 liter of Pepsi. When I arrive, they claim they didn't receive my order. I then verify I placed the order with the correct location. Yep, sure did! The manager gets involved saying there is nothing they can do about it other than place another order. I would have been ok with that but the manager said they would have to charge my card again.
