I’ve been buying honey from here and I can strongly say I have yet to experience any ALLERGIES this year. The honey is so naturally sweet thanks to their bees pollinating off elderberries. on its own the honey has helped cut my family off soda and sugary drinks all together. It’s unlike any other honey. I go regularly to Rooted Harmony. Lots of fresh, home grown veggies and homemade foods. Quality is great. Just like going to the Farmer's Market, but its open 6 days a week. Lots more convenient! They DO sell a natural, 24 hour Sourdough Bread loaf - WITHOUT added yeast (just noting this because of a previous review stating otherwise). You probably don't need to go to other grocery stores once you learn about Rooted Harmony, lol. They have fresh and quality meats, eggs, goat cheese, goat milk, snacks, seasonings and more. I was in a rush, so I couldn't stay long to check out the whole store, but what they're offering fascinated me. Both owners were extremely nice and helpful.
