Just bought a bahn mi to try it. Giving it 2 stars just because I haven't tried their other menu items, so I'm being gracious. But, ummm. It wasn't great or good. Very lacking in everything from veggies to pickled radish/carrot, and meat. I felt like I was eating primarily bread and there wasn't much flavor either. The meat had a kind of freezer burnt taste. It was only okay dipped into the Sriracha due to it tasting like nothing.

If you want a really good bahn mi sandwich, Project BMB in Tulsa is the #1 best along with Lo Banh Mi Viet Hot Bread. Now those are amazing bahn mi's with great flavor and aren't lacking in anything!

Lovely new addition to the Claremore food scene! The cafe is small but cozy, with some outside seating for good weather days.

We tried their grilled pork bahn mi, BBQ chicken bahn mi, galaxy lemonade, and Saigon Special (creamy, smooth vietnamese coffee over ice). The bahn mi sandwiches were fresh and on point. Fillings could have been a bit more generous, but they were very flavorful. Baguette was perfectly warm and chewy on the inside, toasted crispy on the outside. Sriracha on the side for those who want their meal a tad spicier - so good!
