Mimi was truly kind but my experience was not what I expected at all. I found her on TikTok going viral for sew ins . I called her set an appointment on April 10 at 10am for a partial sew in she originally told me it would be 150 with the dyed bundles I brought . I drop my hair off April 8 she calls me next day saying she is scared and that the hair turned grey she then told me she would try to change it back to its original 613 color she tried blaming my bundles but I have never had any issues with berry hair they are top quality. She called me back said she fixed it . Day of my appointment she had her children there which is fine but I really wanted to relax but I couldn’t since the kids are screaming and running around . She gets done with my hair tells me it will be 350 I didn’t argue with bc I was ready to go and truly hated my hair. She didn’t try to blend the hair used black thread to sew in the bundles which is crazy to me she didn’t even layer the hair so for 350 is crazy she didn’t even color the hair. First of, unkind to children. Very unprofessional and rude and mean. Took my daughter in with appointment. The way she was washing my daughter, I can see my daughter suffering with pain, the way she was brushing not gentle, she was frustrated when my daughter gestures pain. NOT KIDS FRIENDLY. She started drying her hair then stopped gone to the other person, apply treatment then put her in the dryer. Then back to my daughter starts braiding, she did about 30% of her hair then she went back to wash the other person, wash and starts rolling her hair. At this time I couldn’t take her rudeness again plus my daughter is hungry(8 years old) way passed lunch time. I ask to leave. She is rude and unprofessional because she didn’t even apologize that she has to do two people at once. She charge full price for 30% hair braid. I will never come back to to this...

Very bad customer service and unprofessional place. Mimi have to say something negative about each customer after they left during my stay. "Professional gossiper " her attitude was very nastiy. I made an appointment for 11am was told to come @12 got there waited another 2 hr. It took longer than what i was toldI. I was very disappointed with the way she color my hair after i show her the way I wanted it. If you prefer someone talking loud on the phone while they were supposed to be doing your hair but they stopped, this is the place for you. If you prefer someone to be late to your appointment this is for you.
