The restrooms are always nasty they never have any soap and they are never clean the restaurant is infested with cockroaches and even the plates and pitchers look like they haven't been cleaned properly the portion size of the food has gotten so small it's not like how it used to be the only 2 good things about this place is that the staff is really nice and the food tastes amazing but everything else makes this place not worth going to anymore I had a giant cockroach jump on me and the big Pakistani/Indian guy who works there didn't apologize or anything just said oh we got the place sprayed yesterday I was in the middle of eating while the cockroach fell on me I mean if it's that infested you guys should've closed the restaurant while getting it sprayed and make sure to clean the place up really well the kitchen and restrooms and dining area and then washed everything and prepared everything and then open up the restaurant...

Sometimes it's hit and miss with the food. I've gone and the food was wonderful, I've gone during a less busy time and the food was terrible. Generally because it's not freshly cooked so the meat dry and rice dry and warm. The other day we were intentionally served the wrong sandwiches (asked for chicken they gave us beef) because they didn't want to cook more. Then when we took them back the response was 'well if you want chicken it's gonna be about 20 minutes' we waited and the sandwiches were fabulous. The food was good! I had the Chicken Karahi with very fluffy naan and they were both very tasty. The portions were so large that I took some home to finish later. The men who served us were very friendly and the food came out quickly.

My main complaint is that the restaurant itself was dirty. My party of 3 came around 8pm, so I want to assume they did not have a chance to clean up for the night, but the experience still makes me hesitant to come back. The tables, the bathroom, even the pitcher we were served with our punch in it...
