This company lies when responding to customers who are dissatisfied with their service . I know personally what happened with a situation and instead of responding with the truth they responded with a completely false story to the situation to make it seem like the customer was in the wrong. The issue with one review on here had nothing to do with fitting an oversized tire on a vehicle . it had EVERYTHING TO DO with y'all charging someone for a new tire but selling them a used one only to then say they requested for a used tire when they specifically asked for new. I'm pretty sure the person called in with their exact tire size which y'all gave them in a used tire form and then charged 80$ for a restocking fee . idk who lying in this company ( employees to manager vice versa ) but y'all need to figure it out cause that response was very dishonest .... I'm writing a review based on my bfs experience because i was present during the entire ordeal .... Im writing a review to let other customers know the down side to dealing with yall. Not only did yall try my bf up but yall also did this to other customers in your review as well as far as giving used product but charging them as if they was new. Theres no reason to contact yall on the website to resolve id rather my Lawyer handle that for me ... But i prefer to leave a review so yall dont respond lying to people again. And you havent reached out to the person either because im sitting right next to them. Just stop cheating customers out of their money and own up to the triflin ish y'all do as a company . people shouldnt have to go somewhere else just to have someone tell them their products are MOST DEFINITELY not new. .... The service may be pleasant but thats really just a cover up for the triflin ish y'all do behind the counter . wanna resolve it give him his 80$ back for restocking a used tire. Showed up in the morning and was the only customer there, was told there was a misunderstanding, and that it would be 25 a wheel, sure thing. No big deal.
Had to pull the car in for them since tech didn't drive stick. Again, no worries. Then 5 minutes later was told it would be 49 more to switch my tpms sensors from old wheels to the new ones.
I said that it was simply labor and that they never asked me about those on the phone, or when I got the first price hike. Told the employee it felt very bait and switchy, and that I'd be willing to pay 120 (20 more than the first raise), but not any more. They told me they are trying out the new pricing and it wasn't set in stone, but they were still working on it. But that I'd still have to pay them 149.
I would get it if they had paying customers waiting, but there were none in the lot when I left. Way to miss out on straight labor I guess.

I still do not have my new rims of which It has been over two months nor the refund for the additional 60.00 that was paid because your staff refused to take my phone payment the day my final payment was due. I stated before that I paid over 1300.00 the day I came in and left one payment on the books to pay off in 30 days.
