I have the correct business, contrary to what they want to claim is not true. I did not buy the car under my name. Thank you for confirming your lack of business quality business practices. This business is not interested in making sure the customer is, bare minimumly, taken care of by checking batteries or any of the fluids. Bought a car, took it home (2.5 miles down the road) to clean it and could not restart the vehicle. Took the cover off the positive side to find, literally, a brick of corrosion over the harness and stump. Brake fluid was completely empty also. Went to tell them about the battery nicely and we immediately got an attitude from the owner's wife who laughed and said, "you bought as is". Also mentioned that we needed paperwork for the temporary tags so that the car can be used for work purposes and we are immediately met with the same disrespectful laugh and general reluctance to be helpful finding what we needed from the same wife. Then, owner/husband came in to talk over me and told me (an educated woman) to go "back to burger king" after accusing me of being rude for saying "we will go buy a battery and bring a receipt back, then y'all can pay for the battery" in response to being told we need to bring the car back up to the dealership even thought it was dead. Luckily the nice business people who work here, listened and was able to get the issues handled after we had to listen to and her/husband's horrendous...
Read morePurchased two vehicles there. First one blew up within 45 days cracked head bad transmission. No efforts have been made to compensate me for all the grief this particular vehicle caused me or even cared that i spent more time on side of road with a smoking truck than actually driving. Even keeps demanding payment for something that shouldn't have ever been sold in first place. Have threatened to repo second car if i dont pay for undrivable truck. Are very rude when i try to address any resolution
Second car. Sold with bad clutch. Then to my surprise i get blue lights one evening while driving. I have ZERO tail lights and had no clue. Only way for me to fix them is hotwire direct from battery to back wires in tailgate area. So not only is the clutch iffy windshield broken and wiring at meltdown status MY CAR ISNT EVEN STREET legal and when it is its a fire hazard i could possibly catch on fire and die to simply have tail lights. And YES im still paying for this one.
I wouldnt buy here if they were the last place to even sale cars. Id walk. Thats whats going to happen...
Read moreWe are so grateful to have chosen 1 Stop Motorsports to purchase a used vehicle for our teenager (who wrecked her first car when a deer hit her)! The entire team there, including owner Josh, and dad (I believe his name was Hanz (?) and assistant, Ashley, were all so helpful! They gave us a great deal and made sure that we were satisfied with our purchase! I would recommend going there first if you are in the market for a used vehicle, before going anywhere else! Their facility on Madison Street is nice, clean, have a great selection, and they run an honest and professional business! They treated us like a friend, not just a client, especially Ashley, she is an amazing employee who had such a helpful, positive attitude! Everyone needs an employee like that!! Next car we need, you can be sure we're going to 1 Stop Motorsports first! And we would recommend to anyone we know to do the same! We need more small businesses in Clarksville...
