I placed an order online for the next day and then needed to cancel it. Because it was placed online the store said they had to go through their corporate office to cancel it and they would call me back. An hour later I still hadn't heard form them so I called back they still couldn't confirm that the order had been canceled and told me if I wanted to I could look up the number to the corporate office and call them. I did that and instead of being able to just cancel the order and get a confirmation of that they required a bunch of information such as my personal address, which had nothing to do with my order, and said they would put in a request for a cancelation. Three phone calls and 20 minutes of my time to cancel an order that should have been one simple call or a couple of clicks on line.
