Yes went to one in Clarksville Riverside and my grandson had a pillow that fell off the top of a pile. It was stacked so high he pitched it back on top because I was buying the set of 2 king and they were wedged in the rack. When he pitched it up it hit top and went over to the other side. Before he could say or do anything a floor clerk called him out and said hey pick that up. I almost became defensive because 1st they shouldn't have had them so high. I'm 6'3 and I couldn't get it back up bedside they were varied hardness. I didn't know if I wanted firm or a soft. WE could have left it leaning in the floor OR HE COULD HAVE GIVEN ME 5 MORE SECONDS FOR ME TO GET HIM TO GO TO THE OTHER SIDE AND GET IT. I have made 1 more trip to that store since ONLY because I bought curtains that day and they were not wide enough. I knew they were there and I didn't want to take a chance of another store not having the same color or design. But that was my last visit to that store and we have an account next door. We drive an hr to see my grandchildren, pay the bill and me to walk thru that store.. Never more. I will keep my money closer to home. The bad thing it could have been a good experience if he had just sat at his table and laughed and talked like he was doing and stayed out of our business. Not once were we offered helped and you could tell I was lost. But the store was clean, shelves fronted, stocked, floors clean just No personal touch. Lacklustre. I have fired whole stores for less and with observing things being my life for 15 yrs this is what I still look at and listen for and we did it for way...

But, many of their sales are online only, so you can either get a sale price online or a military discount in store, but not both. So they they are effectively discontinuing the military discount to be used in combination with any sales. Rather than asking for verification of military ID when picking an item up in the store, they are penalizing all active duty and veterans by stripping the use of the online military discount.
I have tried the order online and pick up in store option multiple times, only to have half of the order, or most recently, my entire order canceled because they did not have the store inventory correct and could not fulfill what the site promised they had in stock. Instead of sending a "Sorry we canceled your order" email, would it not be more friendly to the customer to elect to ship the item to the customer free of charge? Someone is dropping the ball, the inventory staff, IT department when listing inventory available, but the customer shouldn't have to pay for poor management mistakes. They need to take note from other stores who have gotten it right, and tell customers "I'm sorry we don't have it in stock. Let ME find it for YOU, and we will send it to you ASAP free...
Read moreYou need to inform Robert at the Riverside store in Clarksville who worked night shift 6:30p on 2/25/23 that he needs to learn the proper and professional way to talk to begruntled customers! I approached him after I suggested to the ONLY cashier in the store that it would be a great opportunity considering the long line at checkout that another cashier be called to help out. After which, I saw Robert in the furniture area shake his head after the request was made by the cashier over the radio. Then he was laughing about it. I approached Robert and said that to the long line of customers awaiting checkout THIS wasnât funny and perhaps they should take things a bit more seriously wherein he stated that they just were having fun at work. I said maybe if youâd stop having so much fun and ACTUALLY WORK the line wouldnât be so long. Robert was confrontational...
