Every time I’ve gone here customer service has always been on point. I can’t think of any issues that I’ve had with my food when ordering . One time my two year old accidentally knocked over a med soda. They saw me grabbing napkins to clean it and came over and helped i apologised profusely and they were not upset or rude. Wanted to leave a review tonight because i appreciate the service. I went thru drive thru at almost 10 pm. Forgot to add my bf’s dinner to it realised when i got to the window and noticed outside lights turning off. I asked what time they closed and they sai 10 o clock so now. I said ok no worries. He asked if I needed something else I explained it’s fine I can run to Wendy’s . He insisted they didn’t mind but it would be a 6 min wait. Despite them trying to clean up to go home they were willing to do this. It may seem small being fast food but it truly meant a lot and I appreciate always experiencing good customer service. I had a rough week with dealing an infection from my tattoo and some personal stuff. My store got behind on prepping things for customers so I didn’t leave til 2 1/2 hours after I close . I know it may seem small but DQ staff doing that means a lot because it made getting dinner so much easier than having to drive back to Wendy’s or such. Honestly I avoid McDonalds because the customer service is so poor and you are greeted with a attitude if they screw up the order and you ask for it to be corrected for what you paid. Often forgetting one or several food items . It’s amazing to see a fast food restaurant thriving with consistent good...
Read moreI am currently sitting your Riverside restaurant, where I ordered a custome sandwich, no mayo/ no bun. To which your employee brought me out a sandwich that was old, brown lettuce and smashed tomatoes. I went back to the counter to ask for a fresh made sandwich and was greeted with an instant attitude and the server rolled her eyes, saying "ugh". I went back to sit down and overhear the server saying take this to "her", I don't wanna deal with it. Another server brings me a sandwich and asks is this ok? I explain to the new server, that I asked for a fresh made sandwich, without mayo/ bun. Server number 1, shouts across the counter/ restaurant saying "it is fresh, it just came up", at this point, no one addresses the situation. 15min later, as I'm writing this, the mgr on duty, brings me a sandwich, asking will this be ok. No, it's not ok and I just want to finish sitting her with my daughter, so that she can finish her meal. Meal refund was offered at this time, I respectfully declined. I have NEVER been so disrespected by someone in the food service industry in my life. Sadly, I will not be returning to your establishment again AND will be spreading the word on the rudeness and down right ugliness of...
Read moreWe would often get ice cream here but I'm really over asking for stuff and being told we can't get it. I asked for a side of cone dip with my dipped cone ...and idk what manager is telling them they can't sell it. Like I am willing to pay for it. Why in TF can't I buy it?! Like what ?! Asked for a side of hot fudge with a blizzard ...nope we can't (Won't sell it to you) like what do you mean?! You have something I want and I'm willing to pay you for it. Isn't that how this works ?! Why all of a sudden can I not BUY something you SELL??? I worked at dairy Queen in my younger days and we never had a issue selling a side of hot fudge OR cone dip. Got a cupcake from here and its done shrunk in size yet they still charge $5 for them. I will be driving to cookout, Sonic, La mochacana or even McDonald's before I give this place anymore of my money. There are too many ice cream options in Clarksville to be REFUSING TO SELL THE STUFF YOUR SUPOSSED TO SELL. CUSTOMER SERVICE-0 Also the "Manager" I guess was in there yelling at employees and treating them like trash. Yet another reason why I refuse to keep this place...
