Our visit was extremely disappointing. My sister, mother, and I have been very excited about getting permanent jewelry together. We walked past this particular place while we were downtown having dinner and decided that we would come back at a later date. The day before we planned on going, my sister ran across a Facebook post that spoke negatively about their experience just a day ago (it ended up being the exact same experience for us). However, we still decided to check it out for ourselves and had high hopes when we walked in. We weren’t greeted by anyone. A couple walked in right after us and they also were not greeted. We looked around and saw a young lady sitting at the very back of the store behind a wall through an open window, staring at either her phone or some type of device. We then heard a lady ask the employee if she supposed to check out right there at the back of the store or where is she supposed to go. The young lady said, “Oh OK I’ll check you out at the front,” and proceeded to walk around to the register and ring her up. We overheard the lady tell the employee that she thought that she was a painting on the wall when she walked in because she didn’t move at all. We walked around for about 10 minutes before we decided to ask the young lady for assistance since she had no concern about helping anyone in the store. We asked her a couple of questions about style and pricing that she very briefly answered, and then she asked us if that was all of our questions and proceeded to walk to the back of the store behind the wall again, staring back at her phone or electronic device. We left extremely disappointed in the service or lack of service that we received. The employee that was there was not the owner because there was a picture of the owner on the wall and this was someone different. To the owner - If this is the employee that is expected to serve your customers daily, you may want to offer her customer service training. It ended up being such a better experience than just ordering it online. She said no problem and went in the back and made it while I shipped and picked out the chain. So we went inside where I found so many eye catching items. I wish I could have left with more but I'm happy with my Amethyst crystal and look forward to visiting this cute little store again in the future and finding more items to buy...
