Nicoletta's Catering/Takeaway/Bagel Shop/Bakery — Local services in Clarksville

Really wanted to love this place. They have a huge following and their menus always seem really well rounded and unique. We had our first order, picked up on 07/29/20. The 6 pack of muffins (peach crumble) were pretty flavorless and definitely did not taste peach at all. Sunday, 08/02/20, the last two muffins were completely moldy and inedible. We did leave these on a counter but they were in a cool dry place. If they needed to be refrigerated I wish that would have been suggested. (picture included) The seafood salad was nothing great either. Fake crab and no seasoning except fresh dill. This needed some lemon juice or old bay or something to add some flavor, it was literally just mayo and dill. The tortellini pasta salad had celery in it which seemed odd: tomato, pearl mozz, black olive, cucumber, italian dressing..... celery? The jumbo cherry macaroons were also pretty flavorless, neither of us could taste cherry. My husband said the chicken individual dinners were good though ! Honestly, for the price point for the items offered and the overall quality, we won’t be ordering again. I know we only tried a few items and the menu is always changing, so maybe we just had...

This place started out ok years ago, then as of the last year they have lost their touch and spark. And the last thing that broke the camels back with me. How can u mess up banana pudding. I got 3 containers I was so excited some real good pudding for once. I got the bacon truffle before it was ok and their dessert haven't been the greatest. And their meals 4 1 person are ok. Could use some more chilli in some and more for what I pay for in these. Back to the pudding how can you have banana pudding and no chunks of banana and your in the south crying out loud. You just use waffers and whip cream and seems like instant pudding boxes. I went to Charlotte tn to country view market and their dessert was home made too and guess what, chunks of bananas good pudding. You owner of nicolettas when u start down grading your products and start skimping on your food people...

I just learned about Nicoletta’s last week. I went to the bakery Saturday morning right when they opened and there was already a long line out the door. I was able to get a plethora of items to try and they were all delicious! The pumpkin tiramisu was definitely the stand out though. It is probably the best pumpkin flavored anything I’ve ever had! I’d also like to give a shout out to the wonderful lady working the counter. The bakery was so busy - I felt like I had second hand stress on her behalf, lol - but she remained calm, focused and friendly the entire time. I was super impressed with both her and the food.
