The worst pharmacy to ever go to in Clarksville, TN. I at first thought this pharmacy had more then they could handle until I visited other Walgreens in Clarksville, there are a lot other pharmacy's in Sango that are not like this Walgreens. The pharmacy on Madison Street is terrible.
My sons prescription was called in a day prior and we was told it would be ready the next day after 10a.m. My husband went at 11:00a.m. the next day, the car line was to the street, the inside line was to the back of the store, he waited almost a hour for the person working to say "oh we don't have this in stock". No phone call, no text to tell anyone. Every time we go to this pharmacy the lines are back to the end of the store and the drive through is backed up to the road.
They are careless, rude and take their time to tend to the people there to get their prescriptions; they have 10 people at the most working, walking around laughing and not caring to help the people waiting.
I had everything switched this day to a different pharmacy and after beings told the last 2 times my sons prescription cant be filled for a 90 day supply and only a 30 due to his insurance (even though we have gotten 90 days prior to the last 2 prescriptions) they obviously were lying because its funny the new pharmacy got it correct and I never said anything to them about my sons provider writing it for a 90 day supply.
If your going to this pharmacy, don't wait to go somewhere else, you should never be treated this way, lied to and wait this long. You will NOT regret...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible, I seriously advise you if you have medications you'll need on a schedule, for behaviour or life saving medication do not go here. My child has gone 3 days without his medication. His doctor sent the prescription 2 days in advance and I don't think they even ordered it. Then I called and they said it would be ready in an hour and they didn't have it, they said it would be ready the next day after 3:30 and they still didn't have it. I just checked again online and they still don't have it. You'll wait in line behind people waiting the entire time their script is filled in the drive through and essentially have to harass them for your medication. You won't be able to call either, I waited 30 minutes on hold at 7:30 in the morning with only one caller ahead of me just for them to tell me they'd fill the prescription in an hour and they didn't even have it and that was one of the very few times they even bothered to answer their phone. We can't even get my sons meds the day they run out so he can take his morning pills the following day so we have had to go at ridiculous hours to ensure we get it and they have never once filled the prescription without us showing up to ask if it's ready yet so we ALWAYS have to go tell them to fill the prescription they recievef electronically and then come back and sometimes its still not done! Please for your safety don't go here, my whole family is struggling because my son doesn't have his meds and...
Read moreI am one to not complain or write a review good or bad... however this location deserves a review.. urgent care sent a script to another location, which they were out of stock. ok, I understand that. It happens. So therefore, they sent the script to this location. Adv'd me that this location said it would be about an hour. So I gave them over an hour. I get there. Well... let's just say their attitude needs to be FIXED.. I understand, things happen, systems shut down, meds are low stock, etc, however, none of that gives an excuse to give horrible customer service. Told me, the first location should never tell me the time frame, well they did. Said my son isn't in the system and not covered under insurance, well he is. Has been getting meds from Walgreens for a while now. Telling me, benefits number is incorrect, nope its not. I should know. I have to know. She just had horrible attitude.. it wasn't what she was saying, just how she was saying it. Wasn't just to me, but to others that were in front of me and behind me. I'm sorry but sometimes, you just have to put a smile on to just fake it. It's a part of customer services. The energy you let off will affect the service you give off and the attitude you give is what you will get back.
The staff needs to...
