I ordered flowers as a nice surprise for my girlfriend's graduation through a 3rd party service on a Monday to be delivered on a Wednesday; they were to be delivered to the hospitals where she worked. Firstly, the flowers were not delivered on Wed, even though they marked them as delivered for the 3rd party service which ended up creating a lot of confusion on the back end and made it very hard for me to explain that they had not been delivered. I followed up and asked that they be delivered before noon on that Thursday, because that was her last day of work for the week, and that I receive a call from the florist so I knew when they were going out for delivery. I received a call at 12:30 from a girl named Sam who asked for additional delivery info, I also informed her that she would not be working late, and to please hurry because I wasn't sure how late she'd be there. I called back at 3:00 and was told by Sam that the delivery person had just left with the flowers, she reassured that it'd be their first delivery. I called the hospital office she worked at 4:00 to confirm the delivery had been made. The lady informed me that no flowers had been delivered. I called the floral shop back at 4:15 and finally somebody else answered and informed me that they were just now loading up the flowers to be delivered. So Sam had lied multiple times to me and I was also assured that I'd receive a call from the owner which also never happened. My girlfriend left work at 5:00 with no flowers. Had the owner given me a call, I'd probably not have left this review but after two weeks, I've heard nothing. I ended up ordering from Riley's Flowers that Thursday night after this fiasco and he was able to make the exact bouqet I was looking for and deliver it by noon that Friday, before her graduation. I asked my girlfriend if the flowers were ever delivered when she went back to work on Monday and they never were... so if you enjoy spending over $90 and not get anything in return as well as screwing up your graduation gift and being lied to, this is the place for you. The 3rd party service was also From You Flowers, I would not recommend...

The side photos are the sad dismal tiny disappointing "arrangement " delivered. @FromYouFlowers will give you back 20%. Who cares? It covers the extra admin charges. STOP!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!! Arrangement arrived - not at all as pictured! Very sparse arrangement, flowers drooping when the arrangement was delivered! Owner claimed that that was characteristic of that type flower. Also blamed Teleflora for picturing the arrangement with all of the flowers in front!
