Elisa was one of the best parts of planning my wedding. Not only was she so very talented and did beautiful work on my wedding dress, she was always so very kind and I looked forward to all of our appointments. Along with my wedding dress, I actually commissioned her to work on my rehearsal dinner and bridal shower dress which was a redesign of my mom's dress from 1990. She nocked it out of the park. She had so many creative suggestions and was an excellent listener. She always made sure I understood each step of the long process and that I was prepared for every cut, stitch and alteration. She was able to take a dress that had so much sentimental value, along with yellowing stained fabric, and breathe new life into it. My mother was in tears. I could not recommend her highly enough. When so much about wedding planning is stressful, it was a blessing to work with someone as kind as Elisa. I felt 100 percent confident in her the entire process, she was organized, supportive and we had so many wonderful conversations. She created such a beautiful bustle on my wedding gown. I really wanted a french bustle but she noticed the shape of the skirt didn't accommodate it. I was fine to accept a different option but Elisa, with much determination, spent time pinning and repining the skirt until she creatively found a solution. She got the look of a traditional French bustle in the end with some hidden magic. It was gorgeous and I am so grateful for it. Every inch of my bodice fits as if it were painted on me in the best way. My dress would have never come together without Elisa at Cozynest. From my first time dress shopping when I tried on my base gown, I was recommended to schedule my fittings and alterations with Elisa. I had dress delivery problems with the outside dress shop, but Elisa took over dealing with this for me and requested the dress be hand delivered to her shop. As soon as it was received by her, she sent me the sweetest mirror selfie. From that time on, I knew I was in the most trusting hands and that the end result was going to be nothing short of perfect. Elisa is calm, reassuring, comforting, and such a good listener and communicator. She is so attentive to each and every detail and strives for (and ultimately attains) perfection. I had a lace topper from a different designer than the base gown and Elisa skillfully joined the two seamlessly (literally and figuratively), creating the dress of my dreams. I work in healthcare from 8-5 and she was more than willing to work with me in creating a fitting schedule outside of my work time. She went absolutely above and beyond to ensure my gown, my moms gown, and even my bridesmaids gowns were in pristine condition for the big day. She gives specific instructions and training on how to transport your gown, bustle it, and even where/how to hang it in a particular room or setting.
