We moved into our new house and received many advertisements for services in the mail. One was for Clayton Blinds and Designs. Since it was a local company we called for an estimate and to view their shades selection. We got a quick appointment with Bobbi and she brought books and samples for us to look at. After a half hour or so we decided on what type of shade/blind we wanted and she went over the pricing and we were sold. Now the color and texture was the next thing to decide on. Well I really didn’t know what color to go with. Well Bobbi talked us through the colors and we went along with her selection. Their prices were well within the ball park of our budget. Bobbi said it would take four to six weeks. We were fine with that. Well today two weeks and a few days Monique called this morning and asked if they can install our shades/blinds today they had an opening and will twelve o’clock be ok. We were going to be home and I said sure. Well a little after twelve we get a knock on our door and it was Hannah our installer. This sweet young lady was very organized and started putting up the shades and in no time all thirteen window and two doors were dressed with our shades/blinds. They are beautiful and we are very happy with our shades/blinds and the company, the owner, her designer and our installer. We recently moved and needed window treatments for the entire house. We called Clayton Blinds and Designs at the recommendation of our realtor, and we couldn’t be happier.

Bobbie took the time to get to know us, found out our needs and wants, and then made recommendations for 18 windows, 2 doors and a huge slider. The selection was huge, but we were able to hold samples up against walls and furniture to pick colors. We were also able to see the quality of the blinds we were ordering.

All of the shades and blinds were manufactured locally, so we were supporting not one, but two locally owned businesses!

Monique & Ed came to do the install as soon as our items were delivered to them. They were not only courteous and personable, they make you feel like you’ve been friends for years and the entire house was finished in the amount of time it would’ve taken me to do one room. Ed was very accommodating, working around our scheduled breaks for certain rooms. My wife works from home, and we homeschool our children. He worked elsewhere in the house until we were able to move from those areas and then he knocked it out so we could get back to our work, and studies.

Working for a local builder, we use Clayton Blinds and Designs when a buyer wants to upgrade to blinds. It is a seamless process, and the buyers are never disappointed with the work or product. The 2" faux wood blinds are nice to have for an affordable, upscale appeal and privacy when moving into a new home. Our office has upgraded from the drab, old, metal blinds to solar shades. I couldn't be more pleased with how the shades have turned out. We had a dark gray solar shade installed on the massive front windows of our office. These are perfect. We have a clear view of outside when the shades are drawn; however, visitors are unable to see inside the offices. These shades are also great with keeping smaller offices at a comfortable temperature. I have also used Clayton Blinds and Designs on my personal home. I am pleased with the product, price point and installation. The installers clean up after themselves and leave no residual mess/trash of them being there.
