Tried to return an unworn item and was told no refunds. I was shocked and asked, “why wouldnt you tell the customer that when purchasing?”. She pointed to an 8x11 sign on the wall about a foot down from the ceiling. Hahaha Yes, bc that’s where I look for things, at the ceiling. it’s too bad ppl care more about “well, policy says”, as opposed to actually trying to inform the customer. Don’t you think it might be more appropriate and good business to place the sign at the cash register where ppl will see it? Or mention it to them before purchasing just to make sure they know? I’m in customer service and that’s certainly what I do… make sure my customers are aware of policies ahead of time. I could care less that I couldn’t return it, the interaction was just poor.
