Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid Mercadito Catracho at All Costs!

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at Mercadito was so awful that I feel obligated to warn others. From start to finish, this was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

First and foremost, I was blatantly overcharged at the cash register. When I pointed it out, the cashier acted like I was inconveniencing them instead of addressing the issue. Not only did they refuse to correct the mistake, but they were also incredibly rude and dismissive. Zero accountability and zero willingness to help.

The customer service is shockingly poor. No one greets you, no one offers assistance, and if you ask for help, expect to be met with attitude or complete indifference.

The entire experience left me frustrated and angry. There are plenty of other stores where your business will actually be appreciated — do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Mercadito Catracho has lost my business for good, and I strongly advise others to...
