The employees in this establishment are top notch. They are very knowledgeable about a vast array of items most people like to pawn. If by chance they aren’t quite familiar with an item they will on the spot look it up and offer you a completely fair price for your item keeping everyone’s need into consideration something a ton of pawn shops don’t do. They are very personable and want to get to know you as a person and by name so as to try and keep you as a customer not only at the moment but for future transactions as well. That’s exactly how they made me feel. I’ve been a customer at Clayton Gold and Pawn now for the better part of 2-3 years often just stopping by to talk guns or to see what’s new. I have stopped by to just talk about anything nothing about business just talk. I've been frequenting this establishment pretty regularly for the past two years. Every now and again they will have something that catches my eye and I can't resist buying it. The employees are some of the nicest people I've met in Clayton and always enjoy a good conversation. On the odd occasion I buy something from them that doesn't quite work right or is missing parts to it, I never worry, knowing that that they will make it right. Offering full refunds or even reciprocating that cost into another deal on other merchandise. I have bought guns, electronics, tools and pocket knives from them at great deals and will continue to visit them to check in on there rotation of goods. Perhaps I'll even bring them some items I feel still have worth.
