Went in on August 29 for phone repair cause my phone was having issues. Was told it was my battery. The lady explained my battery had swollen up and needed to be replaced. She went on to tell me the battery wasn’t compatible with my phone. She told me she could replace with an Apple certified battery, so I went ahead and allowed her services. Later that night I started having issues with my phone shutting down by itself. I called her the next day August 30 and she states I can bring it in for her to look at it. I was skeptical so I contact Apple and was told what would cause my phone to shut down like that. So I make an appointment with Apple for September 1. I go to my appointment to find out a refurbished non Apple battery was put in my phone, she reused the glue from the old battery and didn’t use the correct tool to take the battery out which cause some internal damage, also 3 screws weren’t put back in( (reason for shutting down). I had planned to go back up there Tuesday 9-5 to speak with someone about the issues cause I trusted the people with my phone and paid the $85 repair price, but had to turn around and pay an authorized Apple retailer $109 to fix the issues they called. However I just think it’ll be best to warn others of what they are capable of to hopefully save someone else the headache and maybe some money. I gave them a 1 star rating for...

Read moreThe owner was very helpful. She was responsive to my questions, had my screen replaced quickly. The only confusion I had was she quoted me one price, and said if I paid cash it will be less. Charged me 70$ rather than 75$, only gave me 5$ back from 80$. Then got a glass protector for 5$ rather than 10$, which is fine but the change was incorrect. I’d have spent it on the screen protector anyway, so basically was still out 5$. Other than the miscommunication, she was quick and very friendly. Would definitely recommend for any phone repairs. I am updating this review as I’ve had my iPhone screen repair there a few times and at first they were they’re nice people however they do not use Apple parts obviously which is fine but anytime I’ve taken a phone there for a repair within a month. My phone starts to Function in properly. My battery will overheat. It’ll shut off the screen get stuck. I would think twice before going here. The phones that I took there when I made my first review we’re also iPhones but they were the younger generation phones overall they are nice people. It’s a nice shop but if you have an iPhone 14 or 1314 or up I would definitely go...
