I went here for a mani/pedi on my birthday. I’m not big on fake nails, so I decided to do gel polish because I knew it would last a bit longer. A gentlemen did my manicure. I was pleased with my nails after. The lady who did my pedicure was so sweet. She didn’t speak English, but continued to make sure I liked what she was doing for the massage, etc. When I went to check out, the lady looked at my nails and called the other girl over. I could tell they were skeptical of the job done. I believe they were trying to tell me to get a different nail polish next time to last longer, but because of the language barrier I couldn’t understand what they were recommending. It was concerning that before I even left the shore, they were questioning my nails. They gave me a $10 gift certificate (not sure if it was just a nice thing to do for Christmas or because of the work done). By the time I got to my car, one of my nails was already chipped. By the time I got home, three were (see picture). I had already planned on leaving this review but wanted to give them a higher rating because my pedicure was so pleasant. However, I now have three ingrown toenails from them cutting so deep in the sides of my nails. The ladies were very nice but this has turned out to be an awful experience and not...

The ladies at Nails One fixed me up right! They reached out immediately after my review. Ruby was so apologetic and kind and fixed my nails. I can totally get behind a business that owns up to mistakes and fixes them! Really appreciate them and will be back to see them.

My experience felt very rushed and was the worst SNS application I’ve ever had. My technician was extremely rough using the drill tool - I was in pain several times. I left the salon with one finger bleeding, which he apologized for, but then he didn’t wipe the blood away and he put top coat on over top and I can literally see the darker color from the blood on the pale pink nail. Within 5 minutes of leaving, 3 other fingers started bleeding from how rough he was and then I started really looking at how bad it was. The tips of my nails are rough and not properly smoothed out and are missing top coat in patches. You can tell he rushed to do my nails. I honestly have never seen SNS done in the process he followed EVER and I have done SNS every two weeks for the last 3+ years. I understand that a cut happens but the fact that he cut 4/10 fingers is pretty bad. Not to mention the finished product is lumpy, rough, and not well...

I came in today, and wanted a full set and a pedicure. They said it was no problem said there would be a small wait, and that was perfectly fine. After waiting for about 15 mins I was told it would be about 10 more minutes. “Perfect no problem!” Then here comes the issue. Another customer walks in, and it looks like she is well know at the salon. She states she called about 30 minutes ago for a full set. Now mind you I have waited for about 25 minutes at this point. The manager I suppose goes off on her phone trying to figure something out, then comes to me after I have been waiting for about 30 minutes at this point grabs my arm, and gets me out of the chair and tells me to go to another salon. She continues to take the nail polish out of my hand, and walk me outside. Unfortunately for me I did not have anymore time to go to another place. Thank you nail one for wasting my time! Just tell people when they get there if you don’t have the time so they can move on...

me and my friend both went and they’re not that great. they’re alright they just don’t look like what we payed for. i got the gel nails, i asked for little flowers and she didn’t give me any other color choice besides black. my friend got the acrylics and the two ring fingers are very different, not even slightly. i’ve heard that john is the best one there, but i’ve never had him do my nails before, might ask for him next time or just go somewhere else.
