I have been getting massages about once a month for years before I moved here, so I have lots of experience with all levels of quality of masseuses from the worst to the best, and let me tell you, Adaisha is the top of the best there is. I have chronic tension in my shoulders and most people can only give me temporary relief for a few days, but after a 90 minute deep tissue massage by Adaisha, I have relief from pain I have had for years. She knows how to find the knots then expertly knead the tension out until it is not just temporarily relieved, but truly completely gone. I am going to be a loyal customer here for the next several years, and my quality of life is truly improved. My husband who has terrible chronic back pain, and no massage therapist or chiropractor was ever able to help him, also gave glowing reviews of Adaisha. She knew how to figure out exactly what he needed and suggested trying the cupping technique using suction cups on trouble areas, and he felt so much better afterwards. The massage center itself is a really great environment inside of a beautiful well-cared-for historic home, the lighting is soft, the rooms are spacious, and there are all the nice extra touches such as salt lamps, soothing music, and a hot towel. I have been going to Clayton Massage for many years - sometimes more frequently than others (life gets so busy). But yesterday I was reminded what a wonderful massage therapist Darlene is! I was recently in an auto accident and have been suffering with pain and headache (which I wasn't sure was 100% related) for 2 weeks. I have been to my family doctor and physical therapist but NOTHING helped as much as Darlene's massage. After her work - I was headache free and can actually move my neck with complete range of motion. She is truly gifted at massage and beyond knowledgeable about the body and how it works together.
