Paella King — Local services in Cle Elum

After searching for months for the perfect wedding vendor, we stumbled upon Paella King through word-of-mouth and we're so glad we did. Daniel was professional, kind, and understanding from the start. Even with a little day-of snafu, Daniel turned things around and fed 40 guests no problem. They all raved about the delicious mixta -- the rice was perfectly crispy, the seafood was incredibly fresh, the chicken and sausage were so flavorful. The team is completely self-sufficient, even when I offered to help set things up, they needed nothing from us. Incredible food and incredible service? These are people you can trust for your event. 20/10...

I wanted to serve paella at our recent afternoon wedding celebration party -- it's great to watch it being prepared and is a beautiful presentation. Paella King rocked the food! Jonathan was a pleasure to work with-- he was responsive and communicative and took care of all my needs. We opted to serve mostly Mixta along with Vegetarian -- both apparently fantastic since there was not a bite left over. Word to the wise: order extra and people REALLY like the veggie version! This is a gluten free meal that everyone can enjoy ... at least our guests did ... and just when I was hoping for leftovers!...

The Paella King did a Mixta for 20 of our closest friends on New Years Eve, and it was fabulous! There was enough for everyone to have a second helping, and all the seafood was fresh and delicious. The crispness of the rice was perfect, too. Best paella I’ve ever had, and I would highly recommend them. We’ll definitely be looking forward to the opportunity to feed our friends this...
