Terrible service! I have some kind of fluid leaking from my car, so I thought I would stop by, and see if they could help me figure out what it was so that I could buy more and top it off to hold me over until I could take th car to a shop. It is kind of orangish, and leaked in a way that looked like a pile of semi-viscous fluid. You can easily see the color from the photo.
When I went in, I got in line because both employees were assisting people, or so I thought. One guy was just chit-chatting with a customer about weekend plans, and the other was helping someone with a purchase. When the first person was finally done chit-chatting, he looked at me and said, "I can help you." A girl who had been crouching in the aisle behind me ran up to him and said, "you were helping look up something for us," and practically knocked me out of her way. The man shrugged and started helping her. A man who had been waiting in the other line joined her. So I waited for the other person to finish helping the people who had walked into the store AFTER me.
When it was finally my turn to be helped, I pulled up a picture on my phone that I had taken of the fluid that was leaking on from my car. I said. "I took this picture of some stuff leaking from my car. At first I thought I just drove through something, but now I don't think so, because it's happened multiple times." The lady said, "I don't know, it looks like contaminated orange coolant." I told her where it was and asked if that made sense (it's in front of my rear driver side tire.) She said "in front of your back tire? Are you sure you didn't just drive through something?" Again, I explained that I had originally thought that, but since it's happened a few times now, I thought maybe it was something leaking. I told her, "You guys are close, and I thought maybe you may know, then I could top off whatever is leaking until I can get it fixed." She said "Maybe it's just gas? Is it on the side with the gas tank?" I looked at her very skeptically and said, "No...."
Instead saying anything at all, she looked in the direction of the other man (who I had originally wanted to ask), who was now in the back. She just stood there staring. Then finally turned back and said, very quietly, as if she were talking to herself. "I don't know." Then went back to staring at him. I said "I guess I'll just wait to ask him." By this point I was so incredibly frustrated. He was now helping someone else who had walked in behind me and didn't seem like he would be done any time soon, so I left.
I can't believe that everyone but me could actually get help at this location! So now I am leaving even more frustrated than when I came in. It's not like I was looking for a diagnosis - I just wanted to know what I...

I’ve been too many shops, many parts stores, and nobody could help me figure out the issue of my car every which way someone pointed me was a dead end until I came across Randy when I came in there was quite a few people, and Randy was trying to help all the other customers while I was waiting my turn in line and when I got to my turn, I explained to where my issues And he Then asked me a few questions about the issues I was having we pulled the codes and Randy suggested A symbol solution that he believed would fix my problem for good so I went ahead and tried it Since I’ve tried everything else and WOW!! He was 100% right I replaced that little part and my car is running better than it was when I first got it I highly recommend Randy to anybody who needs advice on their Vehicles, his hands down the most knowledgeable person when it comes to vehicles I have ever met. He went above and beyond when nobody else would. If it was possible I would give a 10 star just because of him. Last week, my vehicle was experiencing some issues and I came into the store to pick up some parts to try and diagnosis the problem. When I described the symptoms to Jill, she listened carefully and based on her experience, believed it may have been a more serious underlying issue.
Jill went far above what was required of her job just to ensure I got my vehicle repaired properly without incurring unnecessary additional costs. Her technical expertise and commitment to customer service is truly impressive. I have been an Autozone customer for many years, but this experience with Jill has taken my loyalty to the next level. I will definitely be recommending both Autozone and Jill to all my family and friends in need of auto parts or advice. businesses would benefit from having a store manager as dedicated as Jill Darley.
