0 YES ZERO STARS Rude beyond belief. The customer service here is terrible. The woman working at noon on today's date is by far the most inconsiderate rude customer service workers I've encountered. Now I've been a regular customer of the 7 eleven gas station for many years and I have always collected and used my points. Now when I put my number in for my points and verbally say I would like to redeem some of my points to purchase the items I have and she presses no before I even get the chance to salect yes on the machine I told her excuse me I'd like to use some of my points. She responded so rude with a snappy attitude "no, you do next time somewhere else, not here, you must pay now" waving me as to rush me. I was baffled to say the least. now it would not have been a big deal to me had I not already told her I wanted to redeem my points and her attitude twords me after she quickly denied the computers option to use the points. She was rude and to tell me I had to use them somewhere else with such a nasty tone. Did I care to pay no of course not did I care to be demanded when the franchise itself has the points rewards for a reason providing reliable return customers with options.. yes very much so. So I'll continue my review with the fact that the bathrooms are dirty disgusting unmaintained there were syringes in the sink blood spatter on the wall by the toilet expired products chocolate milk had been a week past the date there were even food items that were out for the nachos and hot items pickles onions exc looked as of they have been there a few days soggy and had a horrid stench. After this visit my first to this location while passing through town I can guarantee it'll be my last. I recommend never stopping at this location for any reason go a mile up the road to a gas station with enough respect for the public to ensure their store is safe sanitary and shelves stocked with food of correct date. And have customer service agents that are nice professional friendly. If I could give this location a review of the Negitive stars I could without doubt do so. HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD VISIT THIS 7ELEVEN AS WELL AS CORPORATE. Ever since covid 19 whenever I visit every single employee has shown to have have little to no regard for health guidelines as multiple employees would go maskless or not even ATTEMPT to wear their masks properly. I looked away to yawn and he slowly gave me just $2 change lol. I know in anyone’s right mind a soda does not cost $8.00.
