Absolute yikes. I wasn't going to make this review originally, but too much was just bad. We decided to try this Taco Bell instead of our usual one (the one off Missouri) and this is the last time we'll be spending money here. We ordered from the drive thru on the way home from work, since took a different way home for once. The order wasn't even big, yet they still messed up multiple things.
Let's start with the drive thru. They had us pull around to park and wait for the food, which was fine (and pretty normal). But, the guy that came out and handed us our food was wearing no mask (it was just dangling on his ear) or gloves as he came up to my car to bend down into my window. It skeeved us out in the minute, but it's whatever. I asked him if everything was in the bag, including the sauces and he assured us it was all good. We left, drove all the way home, and opened the bag that was sealed with a sticker (like when you order DoorDash).
It turned out we had multiple missing items. It happens. So, I called the store to see if I could just be refunded the items that way. The manager we spoke with (it was a woman that never bothered to give her name) told me that I could drive the several miles back to get my missing items or money, but she wouldn't do anything over the phone. I told her that I wouldn't be able to come back all that way that day and she told me that I could just come whenever and I didn't even need my receipt (which is weird to hear). She was sarcastic and rude in every word and clearly didn't want to help. She hung up before I could ask her name.
So, we ate our food that we did get, which still was pretty rough. Someone clearly doesn't know how to make burritos because all of them were made sideways (as in, top of the burrito was onions, then another layer of beans, then another of nothing but cheese. Then, the last 2 bites of the burrito had the first meat. Driest burrito I've ever eaten (since we had no sauce). This was the style for all burritos in the order. If you want more than a single ingredient at a time, you'll have to dismantle and refold them entirely yourself.
Terrible experience all around. Food made terribly (if you even get it), workers don't know what masks are, and the manager will make sure to sass you when you ask questions. Most places that mess up an order will make things right easily and quickly. This place makes you feel unwelcome....

The drive-thru speaker didn’t work—though honestly, neither did the staff. When I said, “I can’t hear you,” the guy leaned in to the Mic so I could finally hear him… only to whisper the next sentence like he was narrating a bedtime story to himself. At the window, he just stuck his hand out for my card—no “hi,” no “hello,” no “thanks,” nothing.
Then came the food. Cold tacos with more meat and sour cream on the wrapper than inside. The tortillas weren’t even folded—just limp, broken shells giving up on life. And to top it off, they still got the order wrong. I asked for no tomatoes. Every taco was loaded with them. I asked for fire sauce. I got handfuls of fire sauce and mild sauce—not that I’m mad about free fridge stock, but the owner should know their team is literally throwing extra profit out the window.
While all this culinary carnage was happening, the crew inside was horsing around at the drive-thru like it was recess, putting more effort into goofing off than into getting a single order right.
If the owner reads this, here’s my advice: never schedule this crew together again unless you’re intentionally trying to make a training video called “How to Destroy Customer Loyalty in Under 5 Minutes.”
In short: Congratulations, Taco Bell. You’ve taken “fast food” and removed both the “fast”...
Read moreMy family and I went thru Drive Thru Sunday 5/29. We ordered $36 worth of food pulled forward and were asked to park to wait for our food. We did the female that took our order (5’0-5’3” height with dark hair, black button up shirt, and hat) came out to deliver food. We checked our items and realized we were missing our Mexican pizza, beef taco, and Crunchwrap. We went back though drive thru and they gave us the Mexican pizza and taco without a problem but refused to give us the Crunchwrap stating the General Manager was making food and they made that. We handed all the food back and asked for a refund. The associate took my receipt and another brought the back of food with Crunchwrap out. They refused to give me the GMs name or have the GM come to window. Then proceeded to refuse to grab my drinks from me and kept holding the food out the window. I ended up taking it and again asking for the GMs name they refused then I asked for the lady’s name (same one who brought food out Laura (maybe). She said have a nice day and closed the window.
I parked went inside and asked a young male the GMs name he looked concerned as if he wasn’t allowed to give the name. I repeatedly asked for the GM and they refused to give it to me and the GM refused to come up. The young male ended up giving me two names Amanda (Manager) and Laura.
I called Corporate on same day and have not...
