This is one of my favorite places to go especially because they have late hours. I was running close to closing time and I called ahead of time to ask them if they wanted to go ahead and put the order in for me however, they told me they couldn't do that and that they closed at 10:55. I asked him if they changed their hours And there was no response. I said I didn't realize that you had changed your hours because it still shows 11 PM on Google and other various search engines. This didn't seem to be an issue because I was able to make it to the restaurant by 10:52, and there was a line. I sat in the line for over 20 minutes , when I got to the speaker to place my order they ignored me so I came to the window. I waited another five minutes or so until an employee finally came to window and apologize for the wait. She explained that there is only two people and one of them is already cleaning up. I gave her my request for hummus wrap, and she said oh no the restaurant part has already closed down. They closed down at 10:50. I told her that this is not advertised and that it doesn't say smoothies only after 1050 or whatever. This is, not right I went out of my way to come here to get a meal and they are open till 11 o'clock. They should be open for business unless they advertise differently. Employee was pleasant but she was clueless. I know management or at least upper management, and the owners are open to earn money and to do business . They have chosen to be open to 11 o'clock for a reason. I was very disappointed as this was my dinner. Nobody really cares, but I'm going to bed without dinner because tropical smoothie refused to serve me. I want to start this with saying I NEVER leave reviews online. I will call and give the establishment the chance to correct the issue. On February 11th I placed an online order and the food and smoothies were absolutely awful. I immediately called and asked to speak to a manager and was told they would be in Monday. I called and spoke to an assistant manager who was extremely nice and offered me a remake on the food or a refund. She informed me that a refund would take a little longer than I would've liked to wait so I told her I would come in the next day and get it while she was there the next day. I work overnight and overslept and forgot to go in. The next day I called to see if she was in and I was told no. I didn't call or go in on Valentines day for obvious reasons. I called again Thursday and Friday. On Friday i was told by Michelle that the situation would not be fixed because they have no way of knowing if the issue had already been fixed. Her customer service was absolutely terrible she didn't take the time to hear me out and eventually ended up hanging up in me. I called again on Monday the 19th to speak to the manager I was told he was busy and that she was the next in charge to handle the situation. Knowing that I had spoken to her before and how uncomfortable she had made me feel in the past I told her that I wasn't comfortable leaving the message with her and she hung up on me again. Even if this issue cant be rectified my hope is that this establishment takes the time to retrain Michelle on the importance of maintaining exceptional customer service and professionalism...

I just went today on free smoothie day when I got the the window for 5 mins no one greeted me , or even said hello … so I started to say hello? And a guy so rude goes “ give me a minute “ I apologized right away understanding it gets busy…. So I waited finally a girl and a guy tried taking my order at the same time so again I said hello? Just having a hard time hearing the speaker well that made him mad and he said “ I said what do you want “ I again said I’m sorry I’m having a hard time with hearing you but then proceeded to ask about the free smoothie with a purchase he right away cut me off and said “ you have to have the app 24 hours prior to using it” that’s a lie & false advertising because as soon as I downloaded the app it gives you the coupon …. He told me have a good day in a snarky attitude and dismissed me so I left to go to the west bay location I did end up calling the gulf to bay location to let them Know how Rudley I was spoken to and it wasn’t the first time…. He also didn’t really care told me I can just drive back to get a free smoothie and food … I’m like hell no I’m not going back there and honestly it’s not even what I want or care about… I want to come and not be talked to so rudely like I did nothing wrong these people need attitude adjustments . So after talking to to managers there the one manager didn’t want to talk to me anymore and said “ F that someone else talk to this lady” I couldn’t believe it. In conclusion the Regional manager was reached out too. They need to fire EVERYONE THERE INCLUDING THE SUCKY MANAGERS . Not first time I’ve had an issue with this...
