11-22 Didn't have what i needed last time I was here. This past time seems like they got decent stock in.

10-2-22 I have a huge problem with employees opening a 2nd line and deciding who should and shouldn't go through the line. And then start checking out the 2nd line before the first line even though we had been there first. I also have a huge problem with employees basing their decisions for who gets checked out first based off appearances. There are many types of disabilities. And you're profiling. As well as you're allowing customers who are not disabled with no dv on their plates or handicapped placard park in handicapped parking. So those who are handicapped have to walk further. I also don't appreciate another employee moving my items in my cart around when i am disabled and i can't bend and move to get to the items you've now placed under my cart. You did not help. In fact I'm now in the parking lot in pain and crying because you made me bend and cause me more pain than im already in. Apparently i need to start going to the burleson aldis. Where I'm not treated poorly and where myself and others arent profiled.

8-2-22 Fyi there are folks walking up behind folks asking to take their cart. Fyi this is not a safe practice for the person who has the cart nor for the person way too close to comfort. I don't know your intentions. Please go get your own cart. Don't walk up behind folks and then stand their as if your impatient while im trying to load my car. Go get your own cart then. 🤷🤦

8-1-22 Went in today to get a couple items. They do have some stuff on clearance that's not always marked. Which was a nice surprise. Employee at register was cleaning in between customers. And the person stocking was helpful to folks with questions etc. 👍😁💯👍

2 mths ago Went in today was able to find what i needed. There was a gentleman who was driving around the parking lot. So if you go and have kids with you please take them inside with you. I sat with some kids that were left in the vehicle with no adult. Because of this.

Went in to price and see if they had some things that other locations have. Trying to price things and get ideas. For the first time had 2 people follow me around while i was getting ideas and thinking about what would work. Was just weird.

For folks leaving quarters in/at the cart for somebody else to use and trying to be nice Its a nice gesture But ive just witnessed the same people who will put the cart up and take those quarters Nice gestures But its not helping somebody or anybody It's actually just a few folks...

Aldi your people suck. So I was just I store is super busy no problem. Get all my groceries maybe I have 20 items. Go to checkout 2 lines are open. So I get in a line that has 4 people. So I stay I. That line as she checks out 3 of the people before me, mind you no one else is in line behind me. Other line still has about 4 people. I start to put my things on the belt and she says you have to go to the other line. I am closing. So after you have stood in line behind 4 people go stand in that other line that has 4 people. REALLY!!! You couldn’t have said that 3 people sooner. So the. I move because what choice do I have besides make a scene. Then as I get up to the second register. She comes back to her register and takes 1 person out of the line behind d me checks them out. And they are out of the store before I can get checked out and leave. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR JUST NOT GOOD AT PATUNG ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Also do better. Bottom line is I had to wait for 8 people to get through 2 different register just so I could checkout with...

I’m an Instacart shopper and I visit Aldi’s frequently in Burleson, Cleburne and Granbury and I can honestly say that the Cleburne location is the worst as far as customer service. I was in there today shopping 2 orders and Cassandra was rude from the moment I met her. She did not know I was with Instacart either. She really needs to learn some customer service skills, a little kindness goes a long way. Maybe Cassandra needs to find a job that doesn’t involve working with the public since she obviously has a stick...
