This has to be one of the worst days I have ever had zero blanket on the bed just cigarette burned sheets with below freezing temperatures outside it was really important to have a blanket or comforter. Called front desk said they didn't have any available. Fridge didn't work all our food spoiled because we had to crank up the heater due to no blanket. There was a chinzy extension cord that was strung at my 5 year old daughters eye height. This cord was hooked to another thinner one that was powering the TV and microwave. Definitely a fire hazard!! None of the lights work outside the bathroom and on the bed side. Also told nothing could be done and I know for sure there were ruins available but no offer to switch us! The person next to us had people coming and going loudly all night long. Then around 2-3am there was a loud boom like someone got thrown through the wall or a gun shot woke my daughter up and scared us both so bad we couldn't sleep. Again the front says they couldn't do anything.i let them know we would be checking out around noon but at 10 while I was trying to get in shower a man pushing a shopping cart was pounding on the door. I had to answer it in a towel and told him that we weren't leaving until 12. The pounding woke my baby and scared the crap out of her. So I put her in the shower with me and not even 5 min here he came banging on the door again this happened every 5 min until we left. Had bites all over our bodies so we had to nah and bomb all our belongings!! Didn't stay here is the nicest way I can put it. If I could give it a negative 6 score I would!

Just lost our house and belongings so we're looking for an inexpensive place for us and our pets to shelter. Found Super 8 as the most cost-effective and saw on Google that it was supposedly "Pet-Friendly." Checked in no problem and got to our room after 40 hours of no sleep. Had a small water spill and cleaned it up to find that the floor was nastily dirty. Ignored that as storms were already building and needed rest. Got up the next morning and took the dogs out. As soon as I got back in the room a knock on the door from a man who seems to only know the word "Office" in English. I was told that I had to get the pets out immediately, then that I had two hours before check-out time. After loading the car I went to check-out and showed the Google "About" page. He wouldn't stop talking for me to explain, then told me that he would charge an additional $200 for my attitude. Along the way, I noticed that the pool was worse than some Louisiana swamps even though it's listed as an amenity. Granted it's independently-owned, but let's see if this is how Wyndham wants to be represented.

This is a disgusting place to stay at the breakfast was not hot and they only had Danish and the microwave was Gross you ask for towels and they give you 1 towel and 1 wash rag for 3 people and the floor was sticky and they mopped it with a wash rag and a broom had to stay here because I had a snake in my house and no one could speak English here and the front desk was rude and the ice machine does not work And went up to get breakfast this morning and I have three people in my room and The manager was telling me I couldn’t take food back to my room for my family. He was saying no no no you can’t take that you can’t take that they don’t have a pool that works. and the laundromat don’t work not a very nice place to stay. The manager was so rude. On Service wouldn’t give them one star at all

Well...it was ok when we first got here.

I like the size of the room, it was fairly clean for an older seeming hotel and they have shower gel and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom.

Saw a squished fly above the bathroom mirror. That's reasonable. I did tell her but it's understandable above the mirror might be missed.

There's a dripping noise in the bathroom I couldn't find but only heard in bathroom. I didn't tell them because it wasn't a huge nuisance so I forgot when I checked out.

But... what isn't reasonable. AT ALL, or acceptable, is that the pool isn't being opened until 530 pm. What is that? I got a pool hotel so I could enjoy it during the day, when it's 400 degrees out, not at night.

The most negative comfort thing was the bed was really uncomfortable. It feels like wads of pillows were stuffed in a bag and made into a mattress.

I almost rebooked for tonight until I asked if the small pool was a hot tub and was told the pool area is open but not the posted hours of 9-9, not until 530 pm is it opened. I was looking forward to going in the heated pool just not after sitting here all day. I got here at 11pm and the pool and hot tub were why I chose here. What is that. It makes no sense at all.

I also want to add that all staff I encountered was excellent but I really liked Mariela. She had a great demeanor and excellent customer service skills. I am not feeling well and she also showed compassion. I just wanted to give her credit she deserves. She is why I upped from one...

Here we go again! Last night we stayed in this horrible hotel that stinks to hell! Now there was a woman, we asked about the PTC (Piping Technology Company) discount several times we use those hotels for work because they give us that discount, this is the fifth or sixth time we stayed here and last night not even today they wanted to give us a discount and the lady pretended like she didn’t know what company we were talking about then we explained to her and she started talking to us loudly and another guy came and we told him that he was always there even last time when we got a discount and now they did know what they were talking about because he said that the PTC sent them people and they were working together that’s why they got the discount but that they didn’t do it for one night and he spoke to us arrogantly and the guy pretended like he didn’t know about the discount either… finally they said that they were going to charge us what it was without the discount and they were going to look for something to talk to the manager and they were going to return the rest to us if they got the discount which didn’t happen. I'm not staying here again, the pillows are dirty and the floor too and it...
