Olive Garden Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Cleburne

I came here on a Monday afternoon, by MYSELF, not that busy. I forgot that they put onions & Jalapeños in their salad. She brought me a huge bowl of salad drenched in ranch, enough for 3,4 people, not 1. So she made me another one. Same huge bowl just alittle less salad, again drenched in ranch. Way too much dressing. She tells me that my Alfredo noodles have to cook, would I like a different noodle, no I want fettuccine Alfredo noodles with Xtra sauce, she said about 12 minutes, ok. So my salad was to soggy and the bread sticks are over cooked, hard. She brings me my food and I asked for fresh bread sticks, she had a rude sigh. Got my fresh soft bread and was eating it, ate about 3 bites and it was Chewy, not done. So I'd had enough, I wasn't full but I was done. Finally found her and she asked if everything was OK and I told her. She wanted me to pay at that machine on the table, I dont trust them so I said I'm paying cash. She came back and said her manager took everything off. I had a water, so no money was due. I left wondering what I was going to eat. Went to heb bought some chicken. I will NEVER go back to that OG. They are only a few months old and they are bad services. Hope everyone else has a better...

I don’t usually write reviews, but after three separate visits with the same waitress (Jazzy), I feel like I have to. Each time, her service has been awful. The first time, I thought maybe she was new. The second time, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. But this third time confirmed it’s a pattern.

It took 20 minutes just to get waters to our table. Our food sat in the back for 10 minutes because she hadn’t brought out our starters yet, so when we finally got it, my pasta was cold and dry. She only refilled my drink once the entire meal, forgot my wife’s refill (her meal was bottomless soup and salad), and didn’t check on us for long stretches of time.

When she finally brought my soup and my mom’s remade meal, she didn’t even offer cheese, then walked away mid-service to greet another table — I had to put cheese on my food myself. By that point, I’d only had one plate of the “bottomless” pasta, and my wife had only gotten one bowl of soup before we decided to leave.

The worst part? The restaurant wasn’t even busy — maybe a dozen cars in the lot, well after the lunch rush. After waiting 40 minutes with poor service, we finally gave up,...

We were sat almost immediately at dinner time. The food that we actually got was delicious.

Our server, Lillian was one of the worst waitresses we have ever had. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what, but every other waiter and waitress was back and forth from the kitchen, talking to their tables and bringing food and drinks. Our waitress would be gone for 10 - 15 minutes at a time. Ordered unlimited soup, salad, breadsticks, and Alfredo. None of which were ever refilled even after asking. It took over an hour after sitting to get our food. Although other tables were getting all their stuff. Also had to get up and go ask for a to go box for my wife's meal. Another one of our Lillian's tables gave up and left after 45 minutes of waiting. I wish we had done the same.

Really bad luck with our waitress. We would have had a good experience with literally anyone else from the wait staff. Unfortunate that that was our introduction to this...
