July 21st 2025 Pulled up parked, ordered, paid. She had her head down when she brought me my order. They made up their own drink for me. When I hit the button to let them know had to say it multiple times. They finally redid it and brought it out to me. This is why I rarely tip and rarely go here. In such a hurry to get their line clear and folks out of their stalls. But never bother to check to make sure it’s right. So salt no ketchup. Hardly any napkins.
——- 06-06-25 Went through today order rang up different on the screen. They asked me to repeat my order multiple times. No apologies. Then when I asked them to repeat it they did. Drink didn’t taste right. Way too much ice for easy ice requester. No napkins but maybe 1 and no fork for my chili dog. The chili dog wasn’t in a bag just handed it to me in the little like sandwich thing it came in. No line so it wasn’t like they were swamped either. 🤷♀️🤦♀️

So if they got fired there would need to be a manager here right? 🤷♀️🤦♀️
Drive through. Line was not long. Ordered food at speaker and asked for ketchup and napkins. Got to window was asked to pay for the wrong order/someone else’s. She asked what my order was. I began to tell her, she immediately cut me off, then proceeded to ask for money for my about due. Still seemed confused. Then handed me my receipt and money back. In between these interactions she kept walking away from the window. She then finally hands me my drink. Then hands me a small brown bag. Was in line at window for 10+minutes. The bag was not my food. I started waving. She finally came back over opened the window and stared at me. I said this isn’t my food. She takes the bag back and recloses it and hands it to the vehicle behind me. Which is a whole nother problem in itself. She then hands me another bag. This has my food in it but no condiments or napkins. I had to blare my horn to get someone to come over. I asked her for ketchup and napkins. I then asked for her name. She said why. I said because I’m asking for your name. She sneakily replied it’s on the receipt. All the interactions with her were rude and uncalled for with her attitude.I then pulled into a spot and called inside asking for the manager. The snarky person who answered the phone I believe was the same one from the window. She handed the phone to a guy. I asked his position and if he was the manager. He said im Fabian I’m the line cook. 🤷♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️I mean you can’t make this up. I asked if a supervisor was there and he said no. I then called the corporate phone number and stated they need some assistance etc. and requested to be contacted. This is ridiculous.

——- 11-14-21 Waited probably 40min to an hr in total Finally got to the speaker Didnt say please look at the menu we'll be right with you Not please wait a second and we will be right with you Nothing Didnt repeat back my order When i got to the window she gave me my total I asked for my order repeated She wasnt thrilled by that request Then she handed me my drink and food I opened the bag, the whole order was wrong I tried getting her attention by saying ma'am no response, she was on her phone. I tried honking my horn she still didnt look over so then i had to tap on the window. It took another person seeing me tapping to tell her before she looked over I explained to her the order was wrong She stated how I said the whole order You handed me 2 bags with mozzarella sticks and the wrong burger and no tator tots and no marinara sauce Then she asks for my receipt to remake it Which i thought okay I checked everything but the burger Still no marinara sauce When i got home the burger was still wrong and had onions on it...

Was in the U-Haul so I was unable to pull up under the awning so I parked right next to it and use the order menu right next to the U-Haul. I place my order I told them that I was right next to it in the U-Haul. Well I was waiting for my order to come out a truck pulled into the order menu where I had ordered and ordered something completely different than I did along with drinks which I did not. The CarHop came out I took my hand in the air and waved her and said that's mine she proceeded to go to the truck that it pulled into the menu board where I was when the customer told him that that was not their order she said go ahead and take it cuz I'd have to throw it away is the car I walked away I finally got her attention told me that was my order she said we'll have to remake it now I had already waited 15 minutes for the first order to come out and I waited 20 minutes for the second one to come out no I'm sorry no well let me give it to you have price or anything like that, so that was 35 minutes sitting there waiting on my order when I only had 20 minutes to spare. I submitted a mobile order and paid through the app upon arrival at the location at 1709 W Henderson St., Cleburne, TX 76033. The screen finally showed that “Paigen” was on the way with my order. When my food was carried out, the young man told me that he was the cook tonight and did not have any chili for my foot long coney as he handed me a foot long hotdog with cheese, asking if that was ok. Absolutely not. How about using a little common sense and letting me know that chili was not available so I could order something else?! The manager was not able to void one item from my order so the complete order had to be cancelled and rang back up with the remaining items that I did receive and I had to pay with my debit card. The manager cowardly kept sending juveniles out to deal with me instead of walking out to apologize and help correct the situation.
