June 2024 Well hmmm.. can the owner of the store please reach out to me. And the manager. The 2 that were here tonight, pretty much stood at the door and drove customers out. When you walk in they immediately say can I help you with anything. I said no I’m just looking. The attitude and look I got and what she replied saying, well we close in 10 minutes. My response to her was so I have 10 minutes to still look then right. She gave me a disgruntled attitude and look. She ran the girl /lady who had walked in before me by following her around the store and pretty much making her feel insecure and uncomfortable. The next couple people that walked in right after me stated we close in 5 minutes. I said well you just told me 10 minutes. So is it 5 min or 10 minutes. Again I got rude looks and attitude. I did purchase a couple things. I’d definitely like to speak to the manager and store owner. Customer service is lacking. And the employees locked the store doors before 8pm at closing.

—-10-3-22— Employee must be new. Would be nice if folks shopping had all the time would let those of us who were on a schedule to go first. They actually kept shopping after they paid for their stuff. And kept buying more. 🤦2 other employees didn't try to pitch in. It was almost close time by the time they finished checking me out. 🤷🤦 and they took almost an hr to check me out.

8-2-22 May want to tell your employees or the manager i think it was by her hovering because shes judging folks over what they're wearing vs others and constantly standing in the way of a person shopping. You may want to not be so judgemental. Constantly asking do you need help multiple times. And me saying if i do I'll ask thank you im browsing. Why you dont want folks to browse i dont know. 🤷 felt like an interrogation. I may have stayed and shopped more. But since your following me around the store I'll leave. 🤦🤦

A year ago Went there to get some pants for training coming up. Very specific om what we can wear for the training. Ladies were very kind. Dressing rooms aren't open yet. So keep that in mind if your not sure on sizes or if you wear different sizes in different brands.they said you can bring your receipt back with the items if they don't fit. 🙏 they all fit. I dont think this company has good employee standards. the young lady that helped me had terrible hygiene and was picking her nose and it made me very uncomfortable.
