5 star review SOLEY, because of manager Edgar. Had an issue with a pre-ordered game, and not being able to pick it up because my home store never had it once released AND it closed with absolute no warning. My husband and I got the run around from customer service and decided to go into a store to try to get this fixed. Thanks to Edgar I was able to pick up the game FINALLY, after nearly a month of trying. Gamestop's policies are a bit wack and can make it a difficult experience for the customer (and employees when they are just trying their best). However, great employees is what makes people keep coming back. Thank you Edgar for making a stressful/annoying situation into a much better one. I've been shopping at this GameStop for probably around 15 years now. The manager, Andy, has been amazing the entire time he's worked here. He's always been nothing but incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. I've run into him at other locations he's been tasked with managing, too, and I've never had a bad experience at a store he's been in charge of. Employees at other locations like the GameStop in Granbury and up at Hulen Mall have also spoken highly of him.
