Custom Computers — Local services in Cleburne

I had my computer built at Custom Computers a year and a half ago, but he did not register the Microsoft Operating system that was installed. I realized that at some point but wasn't concerned until I could not personalized things without the serial number of the software. So I called him. He told me to look on the outside of the computer for a label with the serial number. I am a retired Director of Technology but had forgotten to look there. But there was no tag and he said it may have fallen off. It has been under my desk, never moved and nothing was on the floor. He told me I had to bring it in if I wanted him to look at it. Knowing that bringing it in had no bearing on getting a serial number, I ask him what was the prepose of bringing it in. He wouldn't answer and said "if you want me to look at it bring it in." I took it in and as soo as I got there he said he didn't like my attitude to which I said "I just want the serial number". He then got right up in my face and yelling at me. After other exchanges he went to the computer and simply took off the side panel and the tag with the serial number was right on the power motor. I said "You could have told me to look there over the phone so I didn't have to crawl under my desk, unplug the computer to bring it in." Something anyone could have done.
