I noticed managers being rude to their employees, and the girl that checked us out was VERY rude to me and my sister. She noticed I had a lot of glass items, and was mad she had to wrap them. And then went off on my sister when she was just asking for clarification on how to use her card. And raised her voice at her "just put the card in until it says otherwise". Then she rolled her eyes. Every time I've been in this Hobby Lobby, there is freight everywhere. One time right after they open? Okay. I get it. But every time? You need a new freight process. You can't even walk down aisles to shop or look at merchandise.
