I’ve truly never had a worse experience with an employee than I’ve had with Steve — and unfortunately, it’s not just once. Every visit to this location feels like a gamble when he’s working. His attitude is consistently dismissive and unprofessional, and the way he interacts with me when I come alone versus when I’m with my husband is blatantly sexist. It’s exhausting.
I’m in here weekly, and every single time Steve sees me walk in, I can immediately tell how annoyed he is. If you don’t like your job, that’s your choice — but at the very least, learn to hide it from customers. The energy he gives off is unwelcoming at best, and downright rude most of the time.
During my most recent visit, a new employee told me Steve would be assisting me. Steve heard his name, made direct eye contact with me, then walked straight to the back and disappeared. No explanation. No return. Just vanished.
There were five people behind me, and I let every one of them go ahead because I was still supposedly “waiting for Steve.” I ended up waiting 45 minutes before I finally had to ask how much longer — which magically prompted him to reappear.
Even then, he was openly rude to the new employee he was training. If this is how he plans to hand off responsibilities while he’s on vacation, maybe it’s time for a permanent break — or at the very least, a serious training on professionalism and basic human decency.
This experience wasn’t just frustrating — it was uncomfortable, enough that I’m now looking for other places to go. Management, please take note: something needs to change. Whether that’s a new training approach or a serious reevaluation of who’s representing your business at the front counter, it’s...
Read moreOnly reason they even got 2 stars is because Ive never had a problem going to the location to ship anything (Im an ebay seller so thats often) However most of the issues with my street are the mail carriers... sometimes theyre really good with bringing packages, some even go out of their way. Other times they suck. This week, not once, but TWICE with two different packages, it’ll say out for delivery, but the carrier wont deliver it. THEN say there was no secure location!!!! ITS ALWAYS LEFT IN THE MAILBOX OR ON THE STEP! There is no reason that yall cant get out of your truck long enough to get MY mail. it is YOUR job after all! This wasnt just this week, there has been multiple occasions over the 5 years we lived here that this happened, whether it was for me or my mother. Its pretty bad when you have to stand outside when your package says “Out for Delivery” in fear it will not get delivered like its supposed to. Then you try to get a hold of these people and EVERY number listed is automated and does NOT let you speak to anyone! it’s ridiculous especially when you...
Read moreMy package couldn’t deliver because it needed a signature and I wasn’t home at the time, went online the same exact day I missed the delivery to choose the pick up option at the post office two days later. Went by there and they couldn’t find it and told me they will call me once they find it, never heard from them as days went by. Called today to see what was going on, lady who answered the phone told me my package was returned to the sender “by accident” and that there was nothing they can do about it. Why return the package back to the sender if I went online the same EXACT DAY it was suppose to be delievered to choose the pick-up option at the post office. Lady on the phone didn’t even offer helpful service. Very unorganized, rude, and not...
