I called this company and spoke to Ernie. He provided me with the information I needed and confirmed the parts we needed to repair our washing machine that was dancing all over when spinning. We took his advice. We went in this morning and picked up the parts. Both Ernie and Julie were there and both assisted us professionally. Even advised us the parts are under warrantee for 1 year for our protection. This company is the best. They went out of their way to assist us, and even provided us with some samples of dishwasher pods, and washing machine pods. We own a property here in Kissimmee. We are from Canada and have no knowledge of where to go. We highly recommend them to everyone. Top notch business. Got home, installed the new parts in about 30 min. Super easy. Ran the machine and no more dancing around, super quiet. Good to know there are people who take pride in their work and are there for customers.

I needed a control board for my Whirlpool range, so I decided to search locally. First, I was extremely impressed with how willing they were to assist me. Second, I was happy to learn that the genuine Whirlpool part could be ordered and delivered the next day, or I had the option to purchase a used part at a substantially reduced cost. I opted for the used part, but knowing there was a risk, I asked if there was any warranty. While there wasn’t a warranty, they assured me that if the part failed, they would apply the cost towards the purchase of the genuine part.

I installed the used part, but unfortunately, I ran into a problem outside of their control, and it didn’t work. They immediately ordered the genuine part, had it available before the promised time, and honored everything they had said.

They are an extremely helpful couple who even offered suggestions to prevent any further damages from happening as a result of surges and such.
