Teamont Boba — Restaurant in Clermont

My girls and I have come in multiple times since we discovered this cute store. Customer service is normally great and so are the drinks. I stopped in tonight to bring home a few drinks and the strawberry milk Boba was slightly off, just missing the strawberry syrup. I noticed it wasn't bright pink, but thought that it just had less syrup. Immeduatly, my daughter noticed it didn't taste right. I came back up a few minutes later (we live 4 minutes away) and asked if it could be remade. The gentleman was very nice and I browsed the other stalls while they remade it. The young lady, however, decided to tell me that there wasn't anything wrong with the first one, as she handed me the new, decidedly pink, one. I told her it was just missing whatever was sweet, and she couldn't let me leave without telling me that she had made the first and that I was wrong. Very quaint establishment with cute items for sale. The 2 times we have visited we have been treated with kindness, respect, and wonderful customer service. Very few milk tea and smoothie selections listed on their menu board. I suggest you visit their website for more to choose from, before visiting this establishment. Matcha and Jasmine Milk Tea were not extremely satisfying for our taste. However, the Honeydew Milk Tea with Boba is delicious. Their parking space is really small but there are ample of free parking spaces all around their location. The best part is that you can grab your drink and walk the trail near the peer (Peer is Closed.) Also within walking distance, you can visit restaurants, shop at cute little stores, and there is plenty to sight see and do with your the entire family. Friendly and safe atmosphere for your pet as well. I am giving this location 2 stars because the teenage staff was very friendly and the drinks are always good. However that being said I will still never go back to this establishments because of how I witnessed the owner treat her mostly new and very young staff (I doubt some of these girls are even over 15) during the grand opening. During the crazy chaos a wrong drink was handed to a customer who had no issues and didn’t complain, however the owner lost her mind and yelled at the poor girls in front of a store full of customers. What had been a great easy going fun atmosphere immediately turned into the awkward I know these poor girls were new because I have gone often. Their demeanor changed and I could tell they were mortified. As a business manager myself I know it is our job to build our employees up and not cut them down especially when most of these teens have absolutely no experience in the workforce. I suggest that you take business and employee management courses. Your team can make or break you....
