Rented a mattress, box spring and metal frame for 1 year until my lease was up while taking care of an aging parent. The merchandise was picked up on October 14th and I moved out of my apartment on the 15th. In fact, I had to call several times for their merchandise to be picked up because on the 1st attempt they were a no call, no show! The account was paid in full on Oct 14th the last day I had their merchandise through auto-pay on my debit card. However, when Nov. 15th rolled around they charged me again for merchandise I no longer had possession of! I am still in the process of trying to get a refund after NUMEROUS attempts calling the store now for WEEKS with the promise that my money would be returned. My FINAL attempt was today and Zack said he had to speak to his manager and give me a call back! With that said, I have been given the run around at no fault of my own but the incompetent staff that manage this establishment. It is apparent that absolutely no one in this store knows what is going on and are unable to efficiently manage their accounts as well as the store itself! My recourse at this time is to file a dispute with my bank which is uncalled for and a hassle to get my refund that is due! WARNING…Don’t use Auto pay! They will Jack you around! Just don’t do business here! Bad business practices! Calling corporate to file a complaint as well! I would never rent anything from here...
Read moreI am a regular customer of Aaron's, since 2017 , I am currently renting 2 queen size beds. I was very disappointed with the customer service that I have received this afternoon. I had to leave the store without finishing up on the purchase. Right in the middle of the sale another ,customer walked in. It was pretty obvious that the salesman knew this customer because they began to chat. She needed to make a payment and the salesman said ,I will have Chuck take care of that. Mean while my order was put on hold while he was chit chatting back and forth with this customer. He walked into the back room and came back out took her money handed her a receipt , at that point I thought OK she's finished now he can get back to me. The customer started to ask him further questions about the bill and he started to look up how much more money she needed. Mean while I was just standing there waiting for them to get done.. At this point I had enough and I said I will just come back. He yelled out to me do you want me to order your bed. I replied no. Customer service is very important to a business and felt like this salesman just ignored me and waited on her because he knew her. I changed my mind and decided not to get the bed after all. I have gone through aarons my entire adilt life and am now 40 years old. 2 years ago i bought a washer through the cleveland ga store and paid it off without even a late payment in on January 19 of this year. Well its april and a washer that was made in 2020 is now junk. I go to see about my warenty and am informed that the washer isnt covered and is my problem. Never mind the fact that when i got i toaid for i purchased something else and even talked my husband into purchasing something to keep his credit up.
