I generally never write a bad review. I just never revisit however, this is the worst experience I have ever had at any Starbucks location . as I first arrived, I sat at the menu for approximately seven minutes before I was even greeted. I said OK maybe they’re very busy on the inside so overlooked that I pull behind the gentleman who was sitting there for approximately 10 minutes I’m thinking he ordered something else at the window which I found out very quickly when it was my turn to pull up I had ordered a large tea a large caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino, a bacon sandwich and a cheese danish once at the window, she passed my tea And took the money she then went to make other drinks for people that were behind me in the line as my Caramel ribbon crunch just sat when she was done making other people‘s drinks, she then decided to pass me. The caramel ribbon crunch I said, where is the caramel and the crunch she stated that is how it’s made unless you ask for extra crunch and extra caramel once again this is the only thing that I drink from Starbucks. So she said you don’t want it ? I thinking well I have to meet another client in a half an hour so I said I will take it then I’m waiting on my danish and sandwich she makes more drinks then she goes. And she brings my danish and sandwich. I take a bite of the danish the outter Crust is warm different parts of the cheese was warm to very kind of cold and the bacon sandwich was extremely lukewarm . I have never experienced a Starbucks that was as poorly run as this one. I usually always stop a Starbucks ( just not this one) on my way to see clients and these are the things that I get at all times and I’ve never had this bad of an experience ever. I’m really upset about my caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. I have been too many of Starbucks and I never had to ask for extra caramel to actually see caramel on my cup this is ridiculous. My visit was Encompassed with rudeness, incompetence and...
Read moreI frequent 4 different Starbucks locations.....and have been for years .......I get a drink that some locations put water in ....others do not ......bc of that I specify no water with my drink.....after going to this location for almost a year .... my cup feels lighter 🤔....I look in and its missing about a quarter of the $6 drink ( a six dollar drink okay).....I'm missing a significant amount.....I went in and asked what was going on .......these baristas were SO PROUD to inform me that since I said no water (SUDDENLY) they decided they were going to subtract that amount from my drink .....after I was already told by several baristas throughout the year that they don't add water to that drink anyway .....I have never had any other locations EVER do that ......the employees are moody ......it is definitely not the same Starbucks vibe you get at other locations......with the exception of maybe 1 employee ( African American gentleman who opens I think but he is ALWAYS professional, kind and consistent.....thank you for that sir) it's not a typical Starbucks experience....and that is strictly bc of the baristas or employees poor attitudes.....some days they aren't that bad .....it really all depends on their moods 💯 and that's rediculous when people are paying what they do for those drinks ......pic from my last drink at that location the foam still has quite a bit a way to go ......that's rediculous for the amount of money...
Read moreI’ll never go to this location again. 25 mins to get a latte during off-peak hours-after ordering from the counter.
25 years in food/bev/hospitality. I’m pretty forgiving and far more understanding than the average customer. I’m also very observant, and always tip $2-3 per drink.
I have never gone somewhere regularly while also tipping generously and consistently where those two things don’t equate to anything positive.
I stood in the lounge area where there were no more than three drinks waiting in the pickup area, and only three people ahead of me waiting for in store placed orders. There was no onslaught of mobile pre-orders piling up for pick up. They were not short-staffed.
I watched as a young female with many tattoos, pier pings and blonde/black dyed hair (no disrespect but this is the only way to describe her not knowing her name, with hopes that a manager reads this and deduces who she is) that seemed to care less about people’s waits, and was in no hurry to make orders. She spent five minutes making a drink that turned out to be for herself! She then spent two more minutes tasting and tweaking it before she slowly started to make another order ticket! I was appalled, I was alarming right here for twenty minutes and was fuming that I tipped $4 on my venti latte.
I’ll drive to Ricky River where multiple locations have far superior customer service ....
