To be extremely fair, there aren't a lot of options at 3 a.m., this option is a pretty consistent one, there are times when I am extremely thankful that it exists, and most complaints that I might have about it would be of the state of the country right now, of "fast" food in general, and of Taco Bell locations lately. But I will try to reign it in and speak of this particular one. First of all, hats off to the gentleman who usually works the window at night. I am embarrassed that I haven't tried to learn a better identifying feature, but he usually wears a nicer striped shirt. Anyway he's there all the time, he's efficient and levelheaded and polite. Now for some beef. I don't understand why it is so slow. They almost always have you wait before taking your order at the speaker. As though every order were being taken care of one at a time. Which is comforting from an accuracy standpoint (I'll say the orders are consistently accurate aside from maybe sauce packets sometimes), but from a fast and convenient standpoint, it's a drag to sit in line that long. I usually pull up a Netflix movie and put my feet up. Half hour wait, even if you use the app, is to be expected. I just don't understand how any stakeholders are okay with that level of performance. Seems like way more business is being left on the table. Meh. End rant. Not even going to get into the Mexican pizza...
Read moreNumber 1 don’t get me started on the new management, absolutely creepy. The man came up to the window (in the middle of rush hour) and was asking if I wanted a job and was being very creepy staring at my (you know..) And while he is standing there keep asking me and trying to convince me after I had already said no TWICE! And I had already been sitting there for 8 minutes (at that point he was talking for like 5 minutes, so going on 15 minutes) waiting for my food. Worst experience. I feel bad for the employees left in there alone, looked like the two men (not the weird manager) was doing everything by their selves and that’s not okay, this taco bell is one of the busiest so for them to be working without help is crazy. Which is onto my next point, it was absolutely disgusting in there, dirty everywhere, food on the ground, Drinks spilled by the drive thru, we could see right in the store from our car, so imagine what the back looks like. Disgusting! The drive thru girl was rude and acted like me ordering was bothering her “peace” lol. I would NOT recommend this place at all, the old management was way better, from the old managers to the crew, i’ve been coming here for years and I don’t know what happened, the people used to be so nice and it was clean everytime I used to come. Now the doors are locked at 4pm and there’s 17 cars in line. Smh. They are overworked...
Read moreUpon arrival after work at 2:15 am on 3/2/2021, I was informed that this location was Mobile Orders only. This was news to me so I asked when this happened, the ‘manager’ spoke through the intercom and curtly informed me how to process this and that I would have to wait a few minutes. I then put my order in through the app and it informed me to proceed to the drive through. I did and was informed they hadn’t received my order. By this time my account had been charged the total for my order, so I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. At this point, I went through the drive thru, again, only to be informed that my order wasn’t in their system and the manager suggested I ordered from the wrong store. I assured her I had not, repeated the address I pulled from both the app AND through my location services on Google. I offered to show her my order on my phone so she could honor it and then deal with what is obviously an issue on Taco Bell’s end when it was convenient. She refused, citing that if there is an issue, I had to call the ‘people with the app’. When I looked, I couldn’t find a number to call and asked the manager. She again couldn’t(or wouldn’t) help me, and told me she ‘helped me all she could.’ All in all, I paid $30 to waste 45 min and basically made to feel like your location isn’t interested in doing any business or providing any semblance of...
