DG Market — Local services in Cleveland

I wouldn't give any stars, if that was a option. They Do Not honor the sales they have on the sale floor. I went today and purchased the 3 for 15 Dr. Pepper. I got outside and looked and my receipt and saw they rang up ad usual price. So I went back in and the cashier got the manager and the manager comes up to the front snatches the sale sign off anf crumbles it up in front of me and says there not on sale. I said thats Not what the sign says. She says its expired. I said we'll you should be honor it, it was on your sales floor, it isn't my fault you didnt take your expired sign down until after someone purchases the inquired sale item. Long story short she was very rude about it so I requested my money back and she was Rude about that and saw some other charges on my receipt about something I was charged I didn't buy and was Rude about that as well. Ill be calling DAWN in the morning who is said to be the store manager and ask her about there sale floor sales and there customer service. I already sent in a complaint...

It's Dollar General, you can find a little bit of everything here. Although it seems lately the Dollar Generals in Cleveland seem to have a lot of empty shelf space with items not available that are always the ones I want. Mind you, the customer service is always great, the staff at both stores is always friendly and helpful. You would think that with selling out of items every week would afford more hours so that there could be more ployees working instead of just 1 or 2 there. Upon entering Cleveland with my wife and daughter our car broke down. We called a wrecker. All we needed was change and the woman behind the register said I'd have to wait in line which was almost out the door. So the cashier was already opening the drawer but wouldn't give us change for the wrecker. Even after letting the cashier know our situation she just insisted that we leave.
